Thank you for your services! Very smooth process didn't have to do anything. Although I was hoping it costed a bit less to unlock but all in all very good process, no difficulties.

I've been waiting for the results of my phone for 6 months now, it's 99% 6 months ago and they still said they happy to tell me be patient. I wrote to customer service and they told me they understand my frustration. Could it be their frustration, promising something and not being able to deliver it?

They confirmed my new iPhone 16e was eligible and would be unlocked within a few days to 2 weeks. After 2 weeks they said they needed an additional fee because AT&T had restrictions that I could pay to have removed and unlock my phone. This additional fee they said was fully refundable if the unlock request was unsuccessful. I paid the fee based on the refund promise. After 4 more weeks, they requested an additional fee for enhanced service. I declined and requested a refund of the 2nd fee. They assured me in writing they would refund the fee to my credit card within 7-10 business days. It has been over a month and they are no longer communicating with me, haven't unlocked my phone and haven't refunded the fees. Their customer service is a sophisticated AI chat bot. It's impossible to communicate with a live person even though they have assured me in writing on 3 different occasions that a representative would contact me within 12 hours. This company is a fraud and perpetuates a sophisticated scam. DO NOT USE DIRECT UNLOCKS!
