My experience with Direct unlocks? It worked just as it said it would.
I received the code and instructions and put it in and the phone unlocked. Thanks direct unlocks, I can now use my old phone on a different carrier.

It actually worked

My aunt gave me a phone and it was different carrier than mine and it wouldn't work with mine. I honestly wasn't sure if it was going to work, but after trying to not be thinking about it for the 5 days. I went to the SIM card page and it now says no sim restrictions. So went to AT&T and got service on it the same day, now the phone works fine with my service. Using it now actually.

This is my personal cell. Before I reported my cell stolen my galaxy ultra s22 plus wasn't unlocked. I was not given the credit or reimbursement for the service.

First off, thank you for reaching out and for being detailed about your concern. I can see that your order status is "Unlock Complete," and you should have received the unlocking codes: "NCK=8504140805259585, MCK=4809405292957525, RGK=00000000, ERGK=00000000."

Given that your cell was reported stolen, it might have been blacklisted or barred, which can impact its unlock status. As per our terms and conditions:

"If a handset is reported lost or stolen (or abused), it may well be 'Blacklisted' (also known as 'Blocked' or 'Barred'), preventing it from ever being used again in the UK on any of the major networks. It is not possible to find out if a 'SIM Locked' or 'SP Locked' handset has been 'Blacklisted' from any particular network or all major networks without first performing the 'unlock' procedure using our services. Therefore, if we undertake an unlock and you find out the phone is in fact logged as lost, stolen, or abused, we cannot then refund your payment."

If your device has indeed been blacklisted, that might explain why you're having issues despite the unlocking codes being provided.

A mí entender son unos ladrones que ocultan la información de que el precio que dan en principio (ejemplo: Samsung s22 ultra claro PTC: $28.9), cuando pagas el costo inicial, al momento te llega una factura pendiente por un costo superior (en mi caso $91 adicional), esa información no la dan claramente, por eso considero que es una estafa (aunque cumplan con el código)... Si no quieren pagar 3 o 4 veces más, no contraten estos servicios... Por cierto, si decides no continuar con el 2do pago, pierdes el primero, pues ellos lo catalogan como pago por investigar... Ladrones!
