I managed to have to get a PUK for my mobile phone. I tried to contact the provider to get the PUK but I could not place the call as the phone stated that I needed to unlock the SIM?
I found the service provided was excellent. The phone is now working and the sim unlocked.

I needed to unlock my phone from att. I searched the internet and found directunlocks.com they advertised a under $30.00 network unlock service. I paid the $30.00 and after that they inform me that it would cost an extra $100.00 for a total of $130.00. On top of that it also took 3 days to get unlock code.This was very upsetting to me and being I needed my phone ASAP I found this very misleading and bad business practices.

Be aware it's a scam, they will make you pay almost $30 for unlock then they will say if you need to release the network unlocking codes you need to pay an additional $50, don't use the service it's scam

Fue un buen servicio, duró un poco en validar la liberación pero después de los 8 días quedó listo. Se hacen 2 pagos: una para revisa que tu celular es elegible a desbloquear, si es correcto, procedes al 2 pago. Yo lo realicé con iPhone 15 pro.

Unlocking this company does not work. All the codes they send are random numbers. Most of the reviews are lies and scams.

I was amazingly easy. I paid the fee's and in 2 and a half days they sent me 2 codes to unlock my phone. I entered in the first one, and just like that, boom, unlocked. Direct Unlocks saved me approx. $1000. THANK YOU!

Having tried to install a new sim into an old phone I was struggling to get it activated. Having realised the phone was sim locked I found Direct Locks. My suspicious nature questioned their claims. Having submitted the details I got a quick response confirming that remote unlock was possible. Having submitted the appropriate fee it only took a few minutes to see the phone unlocked and fully functional. I am extremely grateful that the service was exactly as claimed. It has meant my elderly mother has access to my old iPhone giving her access to the world and reassurance she can call for medical help.

I initially was disappointed because I did not read the fine print. However I understand the need for two separate charges and respect it. The smaller charge to know whether or not the device can even be unlocked. So if they can't unlock no additional charges and you are not out a lot of money. But if they can there is an additional larger charge and you get what you pay for. 10 days after receiving the code and it unlocked my device no issues. Life happen baby was born. So it took me 10 days to unlock, though they provided the code in about 4 hours or less after payment.
