Initial cost of £11.99 was amazing, a bit of a shock to then get a final payment of £26 before you receive the unlock code.

That said the whole process could not have taken an hour and it worked!

It took around 10 days to unlock my phone but overall Im satisfied and their customer service is excellent. They reply with all your inquiries.

Absolutely pathetic.

Took over 20 DAYS to unlock! And spent the 100 to get it unlocked immediately. And bc of the longest waiting time. I now have unlocked my phone for no reason. So direct unlock wasted my time and my money. Sent multiple emails stating that the almost month wait was too much, and wanted a refund but was declined! 0/10. Had to put one star just to even write this review but that's the only reason I put one star. Highly disappointed and definitely not satisfied.
