I chose direct unlocks because their website promised a fast process saying I would have my phone unlocked immediately. First I was charged $28.99 to see if the phone was eligible to be unlocked thought that was it. Then 50% of the way through that process I was charged $50 to continue. Then when it finally began the unlock process it said it would take 3 days. It ended up being 10 days to unlock the sim (I can neither confirm or deny it worked because at the time I received the email notification from direct unlocks my phone had been unlocked for 10 days through the carrier.) After I saw it would be 3 days instead of the immediate access promised by the direct unlocks website I decided to get my phone unlocked through the carrier (within an hour after placing my order on direct unlocks.) which turned out to be free and in fact did give me access to an unlocked device within minutes. I contacted direct unlocks for a refund since the only reason I sought an outside solution was because the time it took to unlock the device was not what they said it would be and I didn't find out it would take 3-10 days until after I had already paid. I say check with your carries first and know that no deceive is going to be unlocked in less than 3-10 days on this website. So if you are seeking immediate access go somewhere else.

I received a email saying my phone is already unlocked but is not, I've been trying to contact you but no body answer my emails, even I sent pictures that my phone is still locked by carrier.

It was quite the learning experience.

It took about a week to unlock my phone because I was not able to be awake during their operating hours, but it took less than an 1 hour to actually finish up the process. Imma be real it was a bit sketchy because i had to download some software because my phone needed to be unlocked with a USB cable instead of a code or pin. I'm actually saving more money than it cost to have my phone unlocked. Consider me a happy customer.

Because your phone didn't ask for an unlocking code, the Remote USB unlock was the only option available to unlock your phone for any network.

I was initially nervous about the time and the price that was charged to unlock my iPhone 12 pro Max.

They charged the fees in a sequence (Not sure as why) meaning each step as we progress. After the payment was done,email confirmation for
Order was placed was received. After this with in 12 hours of time i received another email from then as a confirmation of Unlocking my device was sent. I was happy seeing this email and checked the device for the status and it was working on a new carrier and sim card.

There is absolutely no reason to be nervous as i was initially was about the authenticity of this website. They are real and they really unlock the phones and they are also very quick in doing it. Hence i would really recommend any new customers to trust them and proceed with your order and with no hesitation.

Easy, reliable, fast

I used this service to unlock my iPhone SE from docomo, as no other services were offering unlocks for them. The process was very simple, all I had to do was input the IMEI of my iPhone. They did exactly what they promised without any issues, and my phone was unlocked faster than I expected (less than a week!). Docomo is known to be a difficult carrier to work with when unlocking, but they were able to unlock it remotely without me needing to do anything!
