Update - I received an email they credited back the "Eligibility Fee". I will wait and see if it appears on my card. They admit the charge process is confusing, yet won't take steps to make it clearer. Probably because they know it works in most cases.
They make it look like you are purchasing a code for $29, in fact you are purchasing an "Eligibility Check" that you can find out your self by simply calling the carrier. They make it sound like it is standard practice done by all unlock services, I assure you it is not. They say it is clear at check out what you are purchasing, it is not. Why would I have to look again in check out what I am buying when the front page of the site implies I am buying something else unless they are being intentionally deceptive? If I get credited back the $29 to use towards the unlock code, I might proceed with the unlock. If not I will be initiating a charge back and we will see if they illegally blacklist the phone as they have threatened to do to others that tried charge backs.

Its takes about 4-5 days for the hnlock code to be generated,but thats fine just have alil patience and they will definitely send yoh thoose unlock codes,cause i got mine🤟💯👍

Knowing ahead of time there are MANY Scammers with Legit looking sites, after much research with DUCK DUCK GO (I do not use Google due to their abuse of people's information by selling it), it became clear to me that over and above thousands of "Good Looking" phone unlock provider sites, most of them are scams and I would get nothing from them but a Loss of all of my Time and money spent with them. I finally found Direct Unlocks, the order started with a non-refundable down payment, (Some phones can not be unlocked by this method), once they verified that they could 100% suceed, they billed me for the total balance. First step took about 1 hour to hear bak frm Direct Unlocks, I paid the balance due in full. Their estimate was 1 to a max of 24 hours to complete the process. They completed it in about 3 hours, I replaced the sim chip with one I obtained days earlier from my new provider Safelink Wireless. The phone was up and running unlocked and I made a sucessful call, Data, all radios all functions worked exactly as before unlock.

A friend of mine gave me an old iPhone to use for my business. Went to activate it only to find out it was locked to AT&T still. I tried going through AT&T and was told the phone was eligible but needed to be removed from the old owners account. Problem was it no longer showed on their account. DirectUnlocks took a few days and had to go directly to apple but now the phone works perfectly and I'm very satisfied. The price was small to pay vs buying a whole new phone.
