I gave them my money I expected to have my phone unlocked I waited nearly a week nothing happened I called them they refuse to take my calls blocked me and have never contacted me again and have taken $80 from me I am so upset I can't even begin to tell you they are so rude and so disrespectful and they are thieves

SCAM ALERT. BEWARE- THE CHECKOUT PAGE SAYS YOU ARE PAYING TO UNLOCK YOUR DEVICE TO USE WITH ANY SIM; BUT AFTER YOU PAY, THEY WILL SAY THAT THE FIRST CHECKOUT IS ONLY TO CONFIRM ELIGIBILITY AND YOU MUST PAY OVER 200% MORE FOR UNLOCKING. IF YOU QUESTION THEM, THEY WILL OFFER POLITE LIES TO CONVINCE YOU THAT YOU DID NOT READ THE PAGE/TERMS. TAKE SCREENSHOTS. When I first made the request, their site said based on my IMEI, my phone could be unlocked through their site and the purchase page said $24.99 for the unlocking request. It also said the average unlock was instant. After I paid the $24.99, the page said it would be an additional $54 to complete the unlocking, it said I was at 50% progress, and the average unlock for my device and service was instant. I paid the additional $54. The progress reset to 0% and has not moved in 7 days. L have screenshots of all of this. When I used the live support on day 1 to find out why they were asking for the $54 payment, they responded with a lie saying that there was a description of the "eligibility stage" before I checked out. When I used the live support feature to request a refund after 5 days, they responded almost 2 days later threatening to blacklist my device. I FELL FOR THIS SCAM! 3 BLATANT LIES- 1)THEY HAVE A TAB WHICH LISTS THE "UNLOCKING" FEE BY CARRIER BUT IF YOU PAY THAT FEE THEY WILL CALL IT AN ELIGIBILITY CHECK AND CHARGE YOU MORE FOR THE UNLOCK; 2) IF YOU PAY THE INITIAL FEE THEY WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL SAYING YOUR "UNLOCK IS READY" BUT THEN THEY WILL CHARGE YOU MORE AND THE UNLOCK WILL NOT BE READY; 3)THE BOTTOM OF THE TRACKING PAGE STATES THEY RESPOND TO ALL LIVE SUPPORT INQUIRIES IN 30 MINUTES 365 DAYS PER YEAR, WHEN IT CAN TAKE DAYS. Worst of all it's been 7 days- I politely requested a refund after days of waiting for an unlock and/or a response to my 2nd inquiry; THEY RESPONDED BY THREATENING TO BLACKLIST MY DEVICE. Again, if you decide to risk trying this company, TAKE SCREENSHOTS in case you need them to get your money back legally. They deserve negative stars but 1 is the lowest.

Unfortunately I was in the position of having a phone that was locked due to a death. I'd looked up all the options on how to do it and came across Direct unlocks and took the plunge and it was easy ….and quick!
There was an initial part to check that the phone wasn't stolen etc which took about 20mins. I hadn't ready the small print to see that there was an additional cost after this step which was my fault. I then did the actual unlock which took approximately 24hours - there were updates throughout which was great.
All in all a great service and would definitely recommend- thank you!

My iphone was refurbished from the insurance claim and locked to EMEA - which nor the network provider, the insurance company or the iphone were willing to assist.
The sitejabber did this remotely for me over night whilst I was asleep. Thank you for this!
Negatives - Initially the price is promoted as 24 pounds. Then I was asked to pay another 33 pounds to actually unlock my phone - this is very misleading and I would have preferred up front cost from the beginning.
