So initially I was worried as I had paid the initial fee and then was asked to pay extra. To add to this the process actually took a few days. HOWEVER, you do receive a tracking which works very well and if you do have any queries I found the customer service team very helpful. Overall I would recommend as long as you are able to wait a few days.

Really easy to do and really happy with the service but I personally am not a fan of paying money and then having to pay more money, I would prefer an up front sum as it feels quite scammy to have paid about 23 quid for an analysis and then told I'll have to pay 30 quid more for the unlock. If they had said 50 quid upfront I still would have paid it so its just not a great thing for me personally, however when they couldn't unlock my 1st phone they gave me a credit, which I then used on my second phone as it had an indefinite use by date so that was nice. And its much easier than going and trying to find somewhere that unlocks phones its all done remotely from the comfort of your sofa and doesn't take too long either.

This is my second time using Direct Unlock. I bought a phone off Facebook Market thinking it was compatible with my phone service. Turns out it wasn't unlocked. First thing I did was go to Direct Unlocks. Easy and reliable service. It did took awhile but it got unlocked. I can know for sure next time when I need unlocking I can go to Direct Unlocks.
