Very smooth and effortless experience all ways kept informed of the unlocking process and the time scale i will definately use again five stars.

I was responded to quickly and efficiently when needed. My only problem and I think possibly unique to me, was once it was unlocked I had a problem as I needed to connect to my computer and due to numerous reasons this wasn't easy. If you could find a guaranteed way to just unlock without connecting to ITunes I think would be an advantage. Otherwise great service

I was convinced to go this from the great reviews saying what a quick service and even on a bank holiday. Well don't believe everything you read as the days don't include weekends and if unlocking a Vodafone device you are only told after payment that this will take up to 8 working days as they are very busy and my took precisely 8 days even down to the hour.

Ho aspettato mesi per una risposta, per di più dicono sul sito mi viene detto che il telefono è sbloccato e andando ad accendere l'iphone ovviamente è bloccato. Inoltre viene detto che se non viene effettuato lo sblocco ti ridanno i soldi, peccato che si scopre dopo che te li ridanno sotto forma di buono quindi ti rimangono sull'account e non avendo un altro iphone da sbloccare ho buttato oltre 70€.

My son passed his iphone to me as he did not like it? It was locked to o2 but for travelling I needed it unlocked so I could use payasyou go sims as and when. It did a lot longer than advised (due to o2 problems I was told) and I was updated at regular intervals. However when it came through it was a seamless operation and I would have no hesitation in using the system again. Thanks

I went to OfficialiPhoneUnlock.co.uk to help me out after an iPhone 5s got locked to the Three UK network and Three refused to unlock the phone for free as the phone had not been bought from them. I have read mixed reviews about these people but a I have to say, to be fair my experience with them has been first class. They made the timelines of their service absolutely clear and delivered within 48 hours in the working week, without a hitch. I couldnt have asked for better service and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them based on my experience.

I used their services to unlock more than 5 phones so far through the last three years. I also have to say their customer service support is very efficient.

I've used these guys three times now to unlock my iPhone's having read reviews and doing various checks I felt these were the people to use.
They were very efficient and prompt in dealing with my request the first and second time completing within days but the last time took three weeks! Apparently a problem with Vodaphone.
I will use them again due to my first experience to see if the service is quick again

I've unlocked around 5 iPhones with OfficialiPhoneUnlock.co.uk and this was the quickest they've done it (3 working days). In my experience the lead times for unlock are unreliable, but you're pretty much guaranteed an unlock and the price is definitely the cheapest, so I always come back here.

Service is very fast and reliable. I unlocked my iphone within 8 hr. They keep you update your cell phone status in every 2-3 hrs. I will recommend this site for future use.
