Very impressed! I was concerned to start with but the customer reviews and amount of 'unlocks' convinced me to go this way to unlock a phone purchased on ebay. The service was straightforward and I was very pleased with the email updates. I hesitated because of the price but now I am very happy that it was value for money as it was the easiest, most straight forward way to unlock my phone. Thank you!

The phone was unlocked as requested but took a bit longer than expected but I was kept informed with weekly updates

After I was given a new iphone 4, this needed to be unlocked, looked through the internet and came across officialiPhoneunlock.co.uk, very easy to use and came back to me with some recommendations before it could be unlocked, carried these out with the phone they resubmitted by unlock request with the phone network provider and within two days all was sorted. I upgraded recently to Vodafone with so much hassle I've now cancelled contract
But needed To have phone unlocked, couldn't use Vodafone as they didn't recognise My new phone IEMI number so used this unlocking service, I was a bit sceptical but received my unlocked email yesterday and today purchased an EE SIM and it worked straight away didn't need iTunes done over WIFI in shop

My phone was locked and barred so it did take about two and a half months, but they kept me informed during the entire process letting me know when the services will be complete.

I had unlocked an iphone 6 plus T-mobile USA with them. Everything was ok, but it lasted one month, instead of 7 working days. They were appologizing all the time with emails, but always were true. So Im giving them 4 stars, because my iphone is unlocked and fully functional, but it was done in a month :) Thanks

When I originally placed the order it stated to take between 5 and 10 days but within 5 hours I had an email confirming that the unlock had been done and also how to finish off the unlock process. It was all easy and simple.

The team unlock my iPhone 5 from US T-mobile carrier. The unlocked done after 6 days, after update the phone works excellent. The only bad things, i paid the pre-order and they told me will unlocked between 24-72 hours. Good work continue like that.

Suggestion: Some kind of current 'time to unlock average' for each particular network.

Having trolled the web for free sites that turn out to be anything but, I chose this site, it appeared official and it delivered exactly as promised, to time and no embedded nasties.
Highly recommend rather than go for hidden jailbreak scam and have to pay again and again.
