Don't trust these guys because it is all a scam! The pre-order is to get your card and they send you another email to get you to pay again to unlock it. There's no way around unlocking these iPhones through these websites. Don't trust the Positive Review links...

Took about 13 business days constant emails to inform me of status and saved me money I recommend this service. Btw my phone was locked to sprint.
The communication was great at the beginning, where I would get an update every Monday about the status of my order. However, after the third week I would stop getting those e-Mails. After 2 weeks had passed (it was stated that they would do the unlock within 10 working days) I have been told they would prioritize my order and that it would be done within a few days. However, they could not keep up with the promise and it took them about 6 weeks to get my order done eventually. However, I must admit that they delivered what they promised, even though it was a way too late. Thus 4 Stars from me since this is definitely not a fake site.
My iphone 4 was unlocked. Everybody told me that it cant be unlocked but officialiphoneunlock did it.
Although took longer than the 24-48 hours my iPhone is successfully unlocked! Pricey but definitely worth it - other companies told me it would take up to two weeks.

I wanted to get my iPad iCloud activation taken off and like it was stated on their website they would go £19.99. Then couple days later they said it was cost another £39.99 so I paid that too. After couple more days they said my iPad was reported lost/stolen. I called apple and asked them to make sure and they said it's not reported lost or stolen. Officialiphoneunlock never responded to 4 of my email nor answered my phone calls. I called them everyday for a whole week Monday thru Friday. I will never use this website and again tell all my friends and family to stay away
