Money worth... I will be using my 5s whenever I will go abroad... It didn't take that 24 to 48 hrs to wait...

It took one month to unlock but they kept me up to date by emailing me, over all it is a really good site and i do recommend to anyone

I received a confirmation email that my IMEI has been unlocked but when I tried to use another SIM card, as per the methods said it did not work. The phone number given doesn't answer the queries and I haven't had any after sales support through email either.

My iPhone 4 was unlocked to orange France and now I'm free to choose the network I want!
Fast and serious!

I just paid three times based on their request and after three months they do not answer and are the worst service ever online.

I can't imagine how they exist yet in the market.

It took them more time than it was on advert... But they were contacting me with update... And delay was because new Iphone 6s was coming out... But it iz working now. And im happy..

Excellent service. Submitted order at 11 am and was unlocked by 6 pm (web site suggested it could take between 5 - 10 days). Was preparing myself for lots of grief wrestling this phone away from 3 UK but it was a breeze. After getting the unlock confirmation email, just popped the giffgaff sim in away we went. Would recommend to others and use again.

Used this site instead of going to Voda Phone as past experience has not been good. Although the process took longer than anticipated, I was kept well informed via email. The whole process cost £50 which isn't too bad. The unlock happened exactly as explained in the email and was able to use the phone straight away. This would have been a 5 star review, but given a 4 due to price and the length of time to unlock.

Good points:
First of all, my iPhone 5s has been unlocked and My wife is now really happy to be using it!
The communication via email was great too!
Bad points;
To unlock the phone from Vodafone was advertised at 24-72 hours.
Huge delays meant it ended up taking the best part of 4 weeks!

AWFUL. Hidden charges, incorrect GUARANTEED unlock dates, had to wait three weeks and threaten legal action
Do not respond to email or answer the phone
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - google them and see how many people have been ripped off by them

What seemed like a good offer on a professional looking Web site soon turned into a very expensive job. I wanted two phones unlocked! 2-3 days was the quoted about of time... it took 4 weeks! I felt scammed after the initial shock of having to pay so much so I didn't trust the rest of the service. The phones did eventually get unlocked thats why I gave one star...
