The unlock took 3 weeks to process rather than the 24-72 hours advertised, but this is probably expected when a new IPhone has just been released. Also, the total cost isn't 100% clear unless you read the website carefully. Having said that it does work, my old iPhone is unlocked and they did keep me updated as to the status of the order, so I have no complaints overall.
When ordering on mobile site it says £19.99 for unlock and a 24-72 hour unlock. It says nowhere about the additional charges and 18 days to complete the unlock. Found the whole service misleading and they don't tell you till they've got your money.
The website says 24-72 hours for unlock, it took over a month! I kept getting emails saying it'll be done by the end of the week, then the following week, then guaranteeing me it would be within 5 days & still nothing.
I would not recommend to anyone!
I am very grateful for the phone being unlocked and working. I did however doubt the process once I initially signed up as your pricing is very ambiguous, misleading and not clear. I also attempted to call the help line and was left on hold for 25 minutes before I gave up. I did appreciate the email updates despite the phone taking weeks to unlock rather than the suggested 3-5 days. Now that I am familiar with your processes and understand it takes longer than suggested, I would use your services again.
This company were so great and helpful even when there was backlog out of their hands, due to their connections they made sure my phone became priority. I'm extremely happy with the price (compared to other online and local shop prices) and I now have an unlocked phone to any network, so whether sell it on or keep it once done I will always have an accessible phone. Their customer service was always on hand and updates were sent regularly. So despite the length it took to unlock they did their best to make sure I understood the situation and constantly tried to speed it up. Definitely would recommend this company and their services to anyone!
Paid about £75 to unlock my iphone 6s, which was more than advertised on the front page, and then had to wait just over a week for the unlock rather than 24-72 hours advertised. But now it's working perfectly and was absolutely no hassle in terms of the actual process.
Forget the 24-72 Hours with a Vodafone unlock... it took 4 weeks. But it worked and now I don't have to pay Vodaf**k another penny:-)
Great service, the timescale took a little longer due to a few minor issues but I was kept updated the whole way through. The phone is working great and I'm very pleased, definitely recommend
Read the small print. Say's from £19.99 which means that's just the 1st payment as you'll definately be asked to pay more so beware. Icing on the cake for me was it took more than 3 weeks for the unlock with regular pathetic & automated excuses about backlogs due to the ifone 6 introduction. When you'd paying nigh on £50 that's no where near good enough. Feel ripped off
Dreadful, stay clear. Gave up checking if my phone was unlocked after a month. They put something on the site saying it may take a few days longer due to the iPhone 6s coming out but like I say, at least a month and I gave up and bought a new phone. A waste of time and money. I contacted them several times and after they robbed me off twice they blocked me from contacting them further. A sorry lot.

I purchased the unlock three weeks ago under the impression that it will take roughly a week to do. Two weeks down the line apparently there is a delay due to the fact of the new iphone being released. I tried contacting them as £50 is quite a lot of money to spend and for it to take 3x the amount of time that it stated, but i had no reply. Other than the length of time it too and the cost of the unlock it, there are no problems at all. It all works absolutely fine.
Website states 24 to 72 hours for and update. After 3 weeks I've heard nothing from them, they don't reply to emails and won't discuss orders on the telephone. Status page does not update. Guess I've lost my money.
They also spend a lot of time on review sites trying to delete bad reviews. Don't trust!
Quite happy with the service, there was a slight delay but this was down to the old network provider and I was updated about this which helped. My iPhone is now unlocked and working perfectly, can't argue with that.
Took a few days longer than stated until iphone was unlocked but eventually it was done. Definitely would use again
I paid 20 GPB without knowing all i did was paid for a non-refundable pre-order. Then I proceeded to pay for the full unlock which costs 60 GPB which did not work after they sent an email that it worked I then asked for a refund or some information about why it did not work and i have not gotten a response on my enquirer. I wouldn't suggest it.
