Thanks for unlocking my iPhone, I now have the freedom to use any sim I want. I really liked the service but it took longer than expected, I know its not what their fault as clearly mentioned on their website. Great service.

Took about 20 days to unlock my iphone 6 sprint. Well worth the wait as they provided updates every two business days.

I have just recently had my son's iphone 4s unlocked - the process was very simple and done in fairly quick time -although it took a little longer than first expected as I think the provider was dragging their feet. I'm not satisfied u guys charged me 100 something dollars and my phone still doesn't work worked for less than 24 hrs now I'm out a phone and my money not good customer service.

I was expecting the unlock process to be complicated but was surprised how simple and quick it was. Once I filled the form in with the correct details I had an email confirming, then followed by another one two days later to say it was unlocked. I was quoted an extra £20 a local dealer so thought it would be a complex procedure, quite the opposite. Excellent

Easy to complete on line form and payment. Emails arrived quickly to confirm order. Went a bit quiet then - orginal SLA was 24-48 hours but it took 4 days and so I was getting a bit nervous as you don't hear anything until they hear back from the supplier... but that's not their fault. So after a bit of nail biting I'm a very happy chappy

I'm always a little worried about using internet sites for these thing, you never no if they will work or just take your money. This has been a success and I would recommend them to anyone.

My iPhone 5 was unlocked in approximately 4 days, which I thought was quick although longer than the advertised 24-48 hours. It was quick and easy to do and I would use the site again if I needed to unlock a phone in future.

The phone was unlocked in 6 days but it could have been faster if I did not put the wrong IMEI;

Placed a pre-order for removal of iCloud luck as it promised to get it done within 2 to 5 days, but unfortunately, even after two weeks, no update, no response to my three emails. Customer services do not discuss existing order, no wonder why! I was asked to pay £19.99 but taken £19.99 + £19.99 + £30 from my bank - no communications so refund is NOT possible. Typical scam so my suggestion would be to stay away; try elsewhere.

They definetely took really long 3 weeks overall. When they advertised for 72hrs. However I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Its worth the wait. When u order do not expect it to be on the deadline.

Had no option as already in for £20.

It took 3.5weeks
Vodphone would have done it for free I have now found out!

I was warned that it might take a little longer than normal because the phone was locked to T-Mobile I was traveling from the US to Africa during the process so I was a little worried at first. But after almost two weeks the process was complete and phone was completely unlocked.
