I might have been enjoying my newly unlocked iPhone but because it took so long I am now in Thailand and BT can't hear my plea for it to be activated. 22 October until 17 November, frustrating.
I would have appreciated more of a warning at the outset, and more reassurance during the wait. But, the thing I really don't like is being sucked in with a £20 pre order price with no indication what the end price would be.

Honestly I was using an unlocking company for years and recently they basically robbed me. They stopped answering my emails and phone calls. At first they kept saying they were looking into it and nothing ever happened. I lost $60 usd over an iPhone 5c and I have spend hundreds of dollars with them but I guess it didn't matter. I tried unlocking my iPhone 6 with them after that and it was also unsuccessful. And I can't get my money back for it. I came across this site and was really iffy because of the cost almost 2x more than what I'm use to paying. But the unlock was successful and my questions were answered promptly. Now my iPhone 6 has been unlocked with no complications.
I had serious doubts about forking out £35 to OfficialiPhoneUnlock.co.uk BUT true to their word my iPhone 5 was unlocked 4 days after I booked it in.

Lived up to the promises. Ordered Thursday and by Saturday was up and running on the network of my choice. So much easier than previous experiences of men with laptops on market stools.
I had network check and then mobile phone unlocked from them the service and the customer care was amazing they update me for every bit of it, highly recommended
They advertise an overpriced unlock process within 48 hours. I am waiting now over a week and I don't know how long it will take to get one single Iphone unlocked. Very Disappointed. I wouldn't recommend it.

Bcos other sites were offering unlock for mch lesser price, which made me sceptical. Best part ws the time frame in which my iPhone 6s got unlocked. Flat 24hrs only! I get one email per week saying 'sorry for the delay', when I ask them when will it be done they do not reply
I thought it was going to cost £20 to unlock the phone but then I had a email to say I needed to pay an extra £30 which wasn't clearly stated. It also said it would take up to 72 hours, but instead it took nearly 3 weeks! They did manage to unlock the phone it's just a shame I had all these problems which should be clearly stated on the website.
Definitely would recommend this place. Did take a little longer than expected but managed to unlock my phone, which meant I didn't have to sell it.

Unlock took long than expected but overall the unlock was easy and trouble free done everything online and the unlock was sent over wi-fi so hassle free. Would recommend and use this company again.
I am glad my phone is now unlocked but not happy it took nearly two weeks to do but I would use the service again x
Very easy to use web site, I was kept informed which I really appreciated. It was out of their control but in my case it took around 3 weeks of the official unlock.
Unfortunately my experience is that I had to wait three weeks after paying for the service before I was unlocked. The company inferred that Vodaphone was the problem.
Nevertheless £50.00 is a high cost.
On reflection I think it would have been better and cheaper to go to Vodaphone directly.
I have placed an order to unlock my iphone 5 on the 28/09 and to this date i am being given reasons to why it still hasn't been done yet!
Please do your selves a favour and go somwehere else.
This is a scam they will take your money and never give you anything until you forget about.
