It's a good service. Vodafone unlocks are difficult and they achieved it in a week. Overall price was competitive with what is out there.

I was a bit dubiase about using an online site and with some of the other reviews! But they were very informative and kept me up to date with the process and how long it would take. It took about a week to have the unlock code, which was quick as other shops or networks said two weeks to a month. I would definitely recommend these to friends and family!

The price seemed steep, but as there are a lot of scam websites so the price was worth paying for a reliable service. It took 7 days (5 working) to unlock and I was kept informed by updates every 2-3 days and it was unlocked with no issue. I would recommend this site for a reliable unlocking service.

Two weeks it takes to unlock your phone for a long time
Yes it took 21 days to unlock my phone, the site gives a timescale 24 - 72 hours i waited over 500 hours. The only time i ever got a reply to my emails is when i threatened to get in touch with bbc watchdog because i was convinced i was being scammed. Officialiphoneunlck kept saying its out their hands it was up to the server and they could not give me a timescale when my phone would be unlocked, in my opinion its the server who wags the tail in this relationship.
Bit of advice to all find a friend who is on the same networks as the phone your wanting unlocked and ask them to do it for you it costs nothing, with this company it will cost you at least £50 pounds...
The unlock itself took quite long due to Vodafone problems and too many iPhone 6S that had to be unlocked but that's not the fault of OfficialiPhoneUnlock.co.uk;-) First I had problems with the credit card payment but the support responded within minutes to my e-mails and helped me perfectly. So five stars for you from Germany:-)

Easy process but expensive & long wait. £50 to unlock iPhone and took two weeks. Would've been free from Vodaphone & probably quicker. I would not use this service again.
Official iPhone Unlock present you with the idea that the unlocking process is quick and professional, which it is not. I waited over two weeks for my device to be unlocked by a company that advertised seamless 3 day waiting times, instead I was hit with a number of emails detailing delays due to outside issues. I understand the laborious nature of unlocks and I wouldn't have minded the delay had I known that it was likely. But I didn't, which was disappointing
I've been waiting for nearly a month for my iPhone 5c to be unlocked - all I get back from the "sales team" there is a backlog, it wil; be unlocked any day now.

Used service after reading reviews some good some bad. I would highly recommend. Locked iPhone 6 with O2 was unlocked no problem took about 4 day as weekends don't count. Was mailed when done new sim works perfect - thank you!
When i decided to use this service i must to lie if i say i trust them but i.ve said i try if is working is ok if not is like a bet and i lose it. In the end i win my bet and thanks for your help.
