Ordered unlock for iphone 5 on the 30/10/2015 £50 in total date of this review 2/12/2015 nothing has happened, recieved an e-mail on the 19/11/2015 saying 2-6 days till completion another lie. If you use this company you are liable to get SCAMMED.
Very good service with clear instructions on how to unlock the device at reasonable cost. Kept me updated the progress through email so you will always be on track. The most important thing that you can still have the phone while it is being unlocked. Will recommend the service to my friends.
When I ordered for my iPhone unlock, I was given 1-5 working days. The next day I received a response from OfficialiPhone concerning my unlock. I was told my iPhone has been barred which I need to make another order to unbar it and will take between 1-20 working days, upon which my money will be refunded if the carrier cannot unbar. Fortunately for me, after 16 days my iPhone unlock was sent to me. Now I am enjoy my iPhone 5c without any hassle or worry, no jailbreak but outright unlock.
I had to wait more or less 10 days using the premium service because it was locked from the provider. Very kind customer service but a bit expensive, but if you want high quality you have to pay more.
Cant call them i tried everything! Number not existing!

Unlock took 9 working days to complete rather than the 1-3 working days advertised. However, this was due to a backlog with Vodafone rather than with officaliphoneunlock. During this time I was kept completely up to date, receiving email updates every two days. Unlock was delivered over the air with no need to connect to iTunes. All in all a really good service and would recommend using this company again.
Used officialiphoneunlock about four or five times and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Best cost wise for a full factory unlock, dead easy to deal with and always get email updates on progress.

They are a third party with a website, say something but doing something else, take your money and never refund it, protecting themselves with a terms and condition.
Hundreds of innocent everyday, some fight for there money and some other not, they take from you to refund the other and so on

Scam system. Tricks you into paying £20 upfront, say they don't refund this, then hit you for more after. Say it's in the fine print, in the T&Cs and FAQs. Who looks there for pricing? I ordered the unlock over a month ago. No communication about the delay unless I emailed for an update. Finally got it, and it does work, but I probably would have had the same success directly with Vodafone--I used this service because it promised to be faster.

I was getting impatient and frustrated but at the end it works. It took them almost 3 weeks so you need to be patient. Also, asking to 70 pounds after 20 pounds of pre-order was a surprise but then there is not much of a choice.
The good part was that the unlock was as painless as it can be; no issues whatsoever. I would definitely advise to use their services.

I have to say that after reading some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive about the site, however all of that was soon put to rest. This business does exactly what it says it will, clear communication and regular updates sets your mind at rest and I got a personal email advising they were sorry that my phone was taking a little longer than usual, the email confirming the phone was unlocked came two days later, fantastic and well worth the wait
