Officialiphoneunlock.co.uk is a scam... They pay people overseas to flood the internet with fake reviews... They have no address in the UK, nor do they have a landline... Just a voip number that never gets answered by a person or will you ever receive a phone call back...
You would think a legitimate company would field calls from their customers who are paying good, hard earned money for a service that they promise... You will never get your service you pay for... That is the truth... If you get it what you pay for email me *******@ymail.com... And if this is someone from the company... Shame on you... The police are looking for you... lol

Took an extra 3 days to get the unlock and the support wasn't great - I got an answer to my email but, the questions I had in the email weren't answered/addressed. It was just a generic - 'your phone is with the supplier'. Id use them again but with more realistic expectations (not 24 to 48 hours).
My phone is now unlocked and I updated the ios version with no issues - the phone is still unlcked.
I ordered my unlock code from OfficialPhoneUnlock on the 30th November, for an iPhone 5 locked to O2. On Dec 4th I received an e-mail from OfficialPhoneUnlock that my IMEI number was with their code suppliers and would update me on progress. On the 8th of Dec I finally received my unlock code, according to my reckoning (not including the weekend) this was actually 7days to get my unlock code 3 and a half times the 24-48hrs suggested on the website. I admit that this is merely a guide, but and this is where I did get annoyed, once you have submitted your IMEI number there is no going back. You cannot cancel and you cannot get a refund, unless your code comes back wrong!
With this in mind I would think twice about submitting my phone for unlock using this service. Whilst waiting for my unlock code I did find another site which Giff Gaff recommend and they charge half the price. I find that being tied to a supplier of a service that provides no recourse of action until you receive your goods, when they advertise a specified time for that service, a touch misleading. Read the small print don't get suckered in by the headlines!

Hi this website does exactly what it says however sometimes depending on what carrier your phone is locked to may take longer then the time it says so do take that into account as that is what I found

First, they take your money and then tell you the phone can't be unlocked.
Second, they tell you there are numerous services (FREE) which can be used to identify Lost/Stolen handsets, after they have taken your money. Scammers
It took a few days but I got an email through and it worked straight away, I would definetly use this website again!
Unlock hasn't worked, there isn't any customer service and no reply to any of my emails. Avoid this service!
Finally unlocked my phone over a week later! No feedback or response from customer service, phone just kept ringing and no reply to my emails.

Bonne communication avec messages mail sur l'état d'avancement
Points faibles: environ 7 à 8 jours de délai au lieu des 3 ours annonces
Et le prix est enfait e 15 Pounds pour initier le processus de déblocage, pour recevoir deux jours plus tard une seconde demande de paiement d'environ 50 Livres pour finaliser le déblocage (ce point la n'est pas expliqué des le début, donc limite filou!)
Au final tout marche bien
