Do not do business with them! They are criminals. This company is a scam! They stole my money. You cannot even find their address because they are hiding.

I have paid to unlock my iPhone waited for 7 days for nothing phone didn't get unlock got email stating they gave me 74.00 credit note then I have tried to use that credit to unlock different phone. But credit isn't available so frustrating this company is totally scam watch your money. I have sent email to them no reply. No contact number available to reach them it's just thru email which is totally waste of time and the money.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! THEY FIRST DECEIVE YOU WITH THE FIRST $28 DOLLAR CHARGE THEN CHARGE YOU AN EXTRA $50 AND IT WAS ALL FOR NOTHING. AFTER WAITING FOR 3 WEEKS THEY DID NOT UNLOCK THE IPHONE AND AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO GET MY REFUND THEY HAVE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. THIS IS A RIP OFF!

It's a SCAM
This unlocking phone company is a total scam! I paid an exorbitant fee in advance, promising my phone would be unlocked quickly, but it never happened! Also, their customer support is terrible, and they don't offer any money-back guarantee.

Worst of all, I found out that cell phone companies can directly unlock phones after 60 days of continuous payment. It is a much more straightforward and reliable process, and I should not have wasted my money on this scam company!

I would not recommend this unlocking phone company to anyone. It is a complete waste of time and money. Please don't fall for their trap, and do your research before trusting a company to unlock your phone!

This company is a rip off. They said my phone could be unlocked for 28.99 paid that they said that my phone was able to be unlocked then told me it would be an additional $70, I'm glad I didn't pay it now I'm still in the same predicament. And out $30 I pray no one else trusts this company

I used this company for unlocking my iphone prepaid for walmart plan. It even took more than 14 days to do it, but it failed and is just giving a fxxking useless credit note. This is totally insane. It made a customer wait more than 14 days which is double to the promised date. And then now just give a credit note which I would never use in my whole life? Never buy it. Fxxking axx company at all.

Devious how the ask for $28 to unlock then suddenly you get an email saying they have to have another $85 to fi osh it! Crooked! So after more than 2 weeks they said they can't unlock my phone and won't answer my request for full refund because I didn't get what I paid for! They say ask ATT which is the first thing i did! Incompetent! Crooked Stay away

Been about 2 months and tracking says 8 days left with 99% left. Been like this for over a week. I asked for my refund but got nothing, not even a reply.

They took $76.99 in steps and phone wasn't unlocked. They pay people $10 to give a good review. They don't answer email and have no phone to call. They lure you with $6.99 initially and you end up paying a lot more. Don't use them thieves and don't answer quick

Right of the bat, you need to pay big bucks to check if your cellphone is eligible to be unlocked, and then when you get the confirmation, you need to pay again to get it unlocked. So after being "eligible", I paid to get my cellphone unlocked, and after a few days they have been working on it, they sent me back an email telling me that they couldn't get it done and that they were giving me a CREDIT on the next cellphone I want to unlock. This is BS, I managed to get it unlocked on another website. The credit is useless to me. So if you are wondering if they refund, well you got your answer, it's a scam. Don't do it.

If you don't care about your hard earned money, then this service is for you. Spend $70 to be told iPhone cannot be unlocked. They drag you from one service to another! Why not check if the iPhone can be unlocked for a fair fee before having customers pay hefty for useless service?!

I've ordered IPhone unlock on February 3rd 2022. The first few weeks unlocking process was going well, until it stopped on 99%. I've contacted Direct Unlocks on March 4th 2022 and received an email stating: "As soon as we get an update back for a service resuming for your carrier / model combination we will email you". Since then my phone is still on 99% and estimated 7 days remaining. I've contacted Direct Unlocks on April 12th 2022, November 27th 2022, March 7th 2023 and March 8th 2023 but received ZERO ANSWER. WHAT A JOKE, WHAT A SCAM. ONE YEAR AND MY PHONE IS STILL LOCKED. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY DON'T EVER HAVE THE DIGNITY TO ANSWER THE EMAILS.

They stole from me $117 and im never seeing them again. They never delivered and they never answer my mails

Don't do it, the initial charge is just an "eligibility check" then if your device is eligible you'll have to pay another 40$ just to unlock it, I didn't wanna gamble no more after I was deceived out of the first charge. $#*! these guys. On the dead homies!

They charged $28 to see if it can be unlocked then hit me with another $65 to do it. Okay, fine. Then after waiting 2 weeks, they couldn't do it, and instead of refunding, they're like, "we're sorry, here's a credit for our store." I emailed them saying no, you can't help me, so give me my money back. Then they ghosted me...surprise, surprise...

This company will mislead you and let you think your getting uour phone unlocked for $28 but after you pay it then it goes thru and does a "verification" on yout phone then they tell you congrats your phone is eliginle to br unlocked now psy another $42 for the unlock code.
Yeah well i wont give this company another penny!

They charged my credit card and never rendered the service. I have tried to contact them through email multiple times, and no one replied back. They basically stole $70 from me. They didn't unlock my phone from AT&T although my phone is not under contract or being financed. The fact they don't even reply back tells everything you want to know about what kind of company this is. Unfortunately, I have to report it to my credit card company to investigate this fraud. My advice is stay away from this company.
