I made 2 payments, one for €26.95 and another for €66.27. It's been over a month and they still haven't unlocked the device. I have written to get my money back and offer you a bonus with the same amount to unlock another device, I DON'T NEED TO UNLOCK ANOTHER DEVICE, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. I WANT MY MONEY FOR A SERVICE THAT I HAVE PAID FOR AND HAS NOT BEEN OFFERED TO ME.

Money grabbing scam! Don't use it! They will charge you and say the phone cannot be unlocked so they can pull more money out of you! Stay away!

They charge you $20 to see if they can unlock the phone. Then they say "yes, we can" it will be $40. After paying $60 in a couple of days they email saying "woops, we can't" sorry no refunds.
Total scam.
Fraud site.

Be careful...they say they already have your codes and then ask for more money. You pay and then they tell you they can't unlock it...they then refuse to refund.

Buyers beware, $80.00 later, and you will have nothing...

I have paid you guys and ya'll have yet to get back with me to let me know whats going on. I really think i have been scammed.

False advertisement in every way. They advertise instant unlocking but in reality it actually takes a week. IF they can even unlock it which usually they can't. They will not refund you under any circumstance other than a credit for another unlock, which is the same as no refund. Stay far far away from these people. There are far better companies out there.

It's been 3 months and I qualified for a refund but amonly getting half my money back I guess and I've had to fight tooth n nail 72 dollars waisted

I waited ten days to have my phone unlocked and paid a preliminary 23% to see if it was eligible to unlock, then a further 77% to perform the unlock. The process initially stated it'd be done immediately; then a timer stated ten days. Then an email came after the initial ten days stating they weren't able to unlock my phone as it was a hard lock— but here's a full credit for myself or any acquaintance to use in the future. No refund, no guarantee. Ten days of waiting and no reward for about $80.
Update: after emailing them requesting a refund, they emailed a little over a week later with a full refund. Thankfully they operated legitimately.

I saw this company on a Google search amd saw they had great reviews. I paid the INITIAL check fee, which they make it seems as if you're paying to get the unlock code. You then get a message to pay an additional fee for the unlock code. I felt uneasy, but I paid the additional fee because the phone I purchased online was locked to the carrier. I waited the 5 days, and the progress bar went to 99% and got a message saying that they are needing additional time. I emailed them 3 times, to which they never replied. I honestly wanted to leave a good rating for this company, but I feel that the majority of the positive reviews are fake. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Hoy 7 de marzo del 2023 hice el pedido del liberación de mi sansung s21 de us cellular de eeuu pedían 28 dólares los cuales pagué a los 5 minutos me sale es elegible su teléfono para liberarlo esta limpio en la telefonía pero debe pagar 42 dólares más que por su puesto no lo haré pues así hacen una cadena de pedido de dinero y les pido les aviso no caigan en la estafa de esta página yo estaré en todos los foros y lugares posibles viralizando la estafa de ellos,eh perdido 28 dólares pero veré como demandarlos por estafa

Scams you to pay $28 USD to "unlocking eligibility checks" under fine prints.
Once you paid, They wil ask you for ADDITIONAL $84 USD to unlock your phone.
That is a total of $112... Highest I ever heard to network unlock a phone.

They charge you a $4.99 fee to get you in, then $24.99 to I don't know but you already paid one fee, then they have the audacity to charge a third time. It would have been cheaper elsewhere. Oh and 48 hours now it says 7 days.

After paying what i thought was a fair price to unlock my iphone 13 pro max the emailed me ack saying it was going to cost more money. 280.00 more to be exact. The only phons they might be able to unlock are old models with a perfect imei number. Hell anyone can call the carrier and get there phone unlocked with a clean number. But they hide the fact that you are getting nothing for first payment. This site is a scam to get your money and nothing else.

SCAM! STAY AWAY! They charged me $28 initially, then requested another $42 stating the codes were ready. Then they say I will get them in 4 Days. COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Don't waste your money! They advertise to unlock any phone for $28, then charge add'tl $42 and still have not unlocked my phone!

I had to switch carriers and my old carrier could not unlock my phone so I panicked direct unlock
Unlocked my phone super fast like less then a day phone is all the way unlocked

Do not use. Absolutely do not

They charge one price. Make no mention of future charges. They try to hide behind "oh, in page 2 of checkout, you should have seen a tiny link to click which explains (our shady practices.)

Notice there's no mention of future charges anywhere on the checkout screens.

Do not be scammed like I was.

Took the premium service to get my phone unlocked from ICloud which they told me they could do even barred ones... paid £99 an up till now no response from them, emailed them a few times, but still no response, they lie, just to get your money, then say they'll issue you a credit note, if they can't unlock your phone, but don't respond, when you contact them...don't waste your time or money with them, fraudulent

Don't even use their service. I bought iPhone icloud unlock service. Starting it was 28Euro for Imei checking after the result they asked me to pay another 30Euro then after paying I got mail that it was reported as stolen and lost which was mentioned in the first check which I paid 28euro then after 2 days I got mail that premium service available which was 100euro I had already paid almost 60euro then they asked me to pay 50Euro to unlock the device they mentioned it will be 100percent it will take 90days to unlock now it's been more than 5months and in the tracking section, it showed 99% 1month ago it started showing reported as stolen cant unlock the device. In the first report, it showed blacklisted but now after paying 3times still they are saying blacklisted and can't unlock the device. You can check their website using my IMEI on the tracking page.
So don't use their services
