Paid initial verification fee as well as unlocking fee. After 15 days they say the device is hardlocked and cannot unlock. When pushed for refund of service fee, they threaten legal action.

Please do not fall into the trap by Direct Unlocks

If they cannot unlock your phone they give you a credit to their website which is useless... There are better unlocking sites...avoid Direct Unlocking

Paid $28. To have my phone unlockEd! View hours later got a message saying you're codes are ready phone ready to unlock, send 45 dollars. After I sent them and additional $45 bay asked for another payment for a technician to do it. I have asked several times for refund. They want to give me some generic fraud line 13 excuse Do not use their service they are a bunch of crooks.!

I have a new galaxy Z flip phone,I payed around $110.00 to get my phone unlocked.After around a month,they stated that they can't unlock it because my carrier hade a lock on the phone.Sent me an email stating that I will get credits instead of my refund that was guaranteed.I would not advise doing any business with this company.

They start by charging $28 to unlock - but end up charging another $70 to complete the unlock. What a scam!

6 weeks later. Emailing company. No unlock. No refund. Do not reply to my emails. Bad service cannot recommend

Do not use this service unless you want to guess how much it will end up costing. They run one test which you pay for - then make up some BS and tell you the next step is double the price of the first one. All in all -this is a true scam with an open-ended price range and shady fine print on every step of the way.

Do not use unless you want to throw money into a pit. After paying $30 - they want $60 more to unlock a $20 flip phone. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Beware using these guys. The cost is not clearly explained in the beginning. Then you can't reach anyone! Then you are forced to make another payment to get your unlock code. That's IF you get it. Then there is no way to contact them. I will be posting neg reviews on Google as well. Direct unlock my reviews are in the top 10 % in the US. I was told carrier said no. Phone is hard locked. They claim multiple methods, but stopped after carrier said no. Useless credit given to me. They credited themselves. My email came from Jody at Directonlocks IMEI **************.

I have been shopping around to unlock my iPhone. I have used their services - initially, I have paid $29.00, then I have been requested another $45.00. So far, so good. MOST LIKELY YOU WILL NEED PREMIUM SERVICE, AND THEY DON'T TELL YOU HOW MUCH DOES THAT COST INITIALLY! The thing is that I wasn't made aware that the Premium would cost $242.00, otherwise I would have never proceeded forward. I have been quoted with a total of $250 to go to a store and get it unlocked. Their services cost more for me, hence, I am not willing to pay a total of $300 simply because I have been offered a better rate - the whole point of trying to unlock it online was to SAVE MONEY. I personally feel deceived - not to mention the fact I am not provided with a refund to a card option. I want my phone unlocked - I don't need to get credit for their website only, because I don't plan to get another phone anytime soon, and with all seen so far, I wouldn't want to use their service again.

How can I get my $74.00 back - this is a deceiving business practice - not being made aware what the total cost would be.

You pay them to make sure the device is eligible to be unlocked and they conduct some unknown process and determine your device to be eligible. Then you pay another fee to unlock the device. In my case I received an email stating that my unlock codes were ready and just to pay the fee which I did. I was then told it would take 24 hours, then 7 days, then my case was expedited. Finally I was told the device was hard locked and they couldn't unlock it. They suggested that I pay someone else to do it. They did give me a credit to use their service on another device however I don't trust this site now so I asked if they would just refund me. After my third time emailing them asking to be refunded they sent a threatening email back siting their terms and conditions on Fraud and Deception.
They took money for a service they did not provide but I'm the fraud. Lesson learned.
I kept all emails of our interactions, screenshots on the messages on the website and receipts of payment. Maybe one day some one file a lawsuit on them.

This people are refund they let u make a payment and later tell you to pay more money for ur unlock fraud and scammers

The service does not exist. It's a scam! They never unlock your phone and never reply messages! Horrible headache experience!

After primarily checks of my IMEI # and Sim Locked to Sprint,report states ALL is well to move forward to UNLOCK. After paying $29 it started process to basically state the same info in different format then asks for another $45 for a basic service or Premium Service with no Pricing stating Sprint servers are down for few days. BULLCRAP. They tried to get $45 more just to move me to premium eventually at who knows what costs! SCAMMERS.

Long story after almost a month of crap and excuses they say my device can't be unlocked so here is a " credit" not a refund a fxxcking credit that they also say can be used for any other service ice on their site.well that's bullsxxt to cause I tried exactly that and was prompted by a message saying that I could not use my credit for that service but only for a Sim unlock...what a bunch of scam $#*! pieces of Shxt

I had unlock a phone and they were unable to unlock totally scams stay away from this guys they forced to use my credit note money to a phone they unlocked for a month ago
