Great Personal Book

We enjoy visiting the zoo and my father bought my son the personalized Zoo Book on Groupon. Ordering up was super easy and the final product is beautiful with vibrant colors and a great personalization I know my son will love as soon as he understands.

My only feedback is it would have been nice to have had ground shipping included in the Groupon, kind of felt like a gift without the batteries. No big deal, again, just feedback.

I will certainly look into other gifts in the future.

Having their own name on their bags and books will be great for school this year. And knowing the 11 year old she will place them on everything that is hers so her sister will leave them alone. Great looking and a good price!

I ordered a medium size photo blanket using a groupon and I was very impressed how easy it was to upload my photos to the layout chosen. The product came exactly as it appeared and I thought the quality for the price paid was terrific. It was shipped quickly and I am very pleased with the outcome. Good quality at a good groupon price.

I'm impressed

I'm impressed with the fact I can pay with PayPa, l get free postage and delivery has been with in the week for all my goods. Everything I've ordered looks very close to what I saw online. Can't wait to give them out as gifts!

I paid for express shipping 2 weeks before mothers day, yet my order went out standard shipping and my mom will not get her gift in time. They "say" they will refund me my shipping but not the price of the product and could not provide me with a confirmation number for my refund. I was not able to speak to a manager either. THIS WAS THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.

I was thrilled with my photo blankets, they are gorgeous. Obviously for the price they are not the world's hardiest blankets, and are more for decoration and the novelty of giving, and wouldn't survive rugged use, but my recipients of them were thrilled.

Hello Carole! Thank you for your post! You will be so happy to know that I ordered a blanket of our family dog that passed away last November for my daughter's Christmas present and she takes that blanket everywhere. It has been camping, to her sporting events, on our spring break trip and in turn through the wash many times still looks fantastic. The colors are still pretty vibrant! So I certainly hope your recipients enjoy their blanket as much as she loves hers. Another great thing about the blankets is they fold up fairly slim so they don't take up a ton of room when your traveling with them. They fit really nicely in a traveling shoulder bag.:-)

I like the name tags

Started out as a rough experience with the online customer service. It wasn't allowing me to purchase using my groupon and the online customer service rep was absolutely no help. I then called their customer service and talked to a man who helped me get checked out although it took a few steps. Apparently you need to create an account to make a purchase and even then I had problems checking out because I live in Arizona. So, he took my credit card information and it was finally over with. I really like the name tags, but not sure why their website has a hard time with in state purchases. It was very frustrating and took up a lot of my day, but I really like the name tags.

Hello Elisha!
There seems to be some confusion between your correspondence with the rep and the actual process. I will private message you to see if I can assist but below I will outline some of your concerns:
1. I'll need to speak to you to find out why the cart total not matching the items in your cart would prevent you from checking out. If you had a voucher for one set of labels and had three sets in your cart the voucher should just deduct the amount for one set and allow you to checkout and pay the difference.
2. You most certainly can order from a mobile device. Desktops do provide better functionality but mobile ordering is done everyday. She may have suggested this as a potential solution if you were having trouble checking out on your mobile device. That will sometimes help.
3. The Groupon Ad should say shipping starts at $3.99. (This is for economy shipping. Standard would be $5.99.) This is for one set of 48 labels as this is also a purchasing option. When you go to two sets (84 labels) it gives you 50% off shipping the second items so in this case $5.99 would be the shipping for two sets of labels. I hope that helps to clarify some of your concerns. I will be messaging you shortly!

Embarrassing!

I can not even begin to to you how awful my photos blanket is! Every single picture is extremely dark and our faces look distorted because of the coloring! The pictures that were used for the blanket are from my wedding which were taken by a professional photographer with a professional camera! I am embarrassed to even give this as a gift that's how bad it looks! I could have don't this better myself with no background of knowing how to make this blanket! I ordered another photoblanket through another site and it was a lot cheaper AND the quality and brightness of the photos was amazing! Do not waste your time or your money on this site! Extremely disappointed if I could give them negative stars I would that's how frustrated I am! The representative that I spoke to even admitted that my photos were dark and still the issue has not been resolved and I am still trying to get a hold of someone who can give me an answer! I even was willing to compromise the size of the blanket to hope for the pictures to look nicer!

After purchasing these labels it was clear that you get what you pay for. These are cheaply made! The ink wears off and the labels will not stick to my child's clothes or lunch containers. They look like they were printed on a home computer. I will certainly be going back to my original label company as they are worth paying more to.

I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the labels you received. With the name labels we have not experienced the problems you are describing above. We put them through quite a bit of testing on various substrates (they will not adhere to fabric) and have ran them through multiple dishwasher cycles and the labels have stayed in tack and color vibrant. While it would be rare I suppose there could have been a defect with the batch you received. I would be happy to send you out some replacements if you would like! First and foremost I am extremely thankful that you have a understanding staff. Angelina has helped so much. I too love the chat bar because I was at work and really can't always get on the phone.

Angelina help expedite my blanket that I created for my boyfriend who is in the Navy. He deploys sometime this month. The standard shipping would have been too late for him to receive. I wouldn't have been able to send it to him either. She went above and beyond and found a solution.

Just recently my boyfriend won full custody of his two daughters and just before Christmas too! This is the first deployment of having custody so I know it will be hard, especially being away for Fathers Day and just wanted him to have something special to remember home. Because of Angelina and your team going above and beyond I will be able to wrap it and send it underway to him.

NOT WORTH THE STRUGGLE

After purchasing a Groupon for this company, I quickly found out that it is very difficult to create a photo blanket. I worked for T hree days trying to figure it out by chatting with a representative or emailing customer service, I still couldn't create a blanket. They told me to use Google Chrome, to create an account, and to create the blanket off of a computer instead of a mobile device. I did all three, but was still unsuccessful in getting any pictures to move to the project. Groupon was wonderful refunding my money, however, I strongly suggest to use collage.com instead. They are easy to create and the quality is wonderful!

Hello Cheryl - I'm sorry you had problems with the blanket builder. Typically the process is fairly easy and can be completed within about 15 minutes. The hardest part is usually selecting which photo fits best within each of the photobox's on the blanket templates. Otherwise you should just be able to select the photo you want to use and then click on the photo box you want the photo in and the photo auto-populates to that selected area. I've searched for your correspondence with one of our reps but with just a first name last initial it is not coming up for me. I wanted to ensure you were being given clear direction.

I was sent a shipping confirmation email for Order *******. The email has a spot for "track shipment", But there is no tracking information in it? How could they send an email with a blank tracking number? They need to take a look into this and get this fixed.
I paid $5.99 (9 CAD) for shipping itself so there should be tracking at minimal.
There is no way for me to know whether they have officially shipped off the package or not. I am hoping my package does not get lost since I am unable to track it. Unfortunately, I will need to file a dispute through PayPal if it does end up getting lost.

Hello Claire - With the holidays over transit times have returned to normal and you should have received your order within 10 - 14 days in most cases. I will message you offline to follow up. You are correct though. The service into Canada at that price point does not offer tracking, however, we are just wrapping up testing on an international trackable service that we will be adding as a selection to our website!

Ordered name labels for my daughters. Received most (not all of the labels) I ordered as well as some labels for some other little boy (that I obviously did not order). So we were missing some of our labels and this little boy is probably missing some of his. I took the time to write a detailed (and very nice) note to customer service (along w/ photos of the labels and all order numbers) alerting them of the mix up. It has been over a week and I have heard NOTHING from them. I would never use a company that cannot get back to me in a week to correct THEIR error.

I was thinking of a nice Christmas gift for my two kids and a friend of mine recommended the personalized children’s book from Dinkleboo. So, I decided to check them out. I found out that they do sell personalized children’s books and that made me happy. And the prices are quite reasonable. I also love that fact that my kids would surely love having books that they can really call their own. So, I ordered two books for my kids. The delivery arrived on time. I was able to gift wrap them and placed them under the Christmas tree. I am very pleased.
