Hi there, I have ordered ornaments December 2nd, money was taken out of my account right away, it it has been 23 business days and no ornaments. I have called and they have no clue where my order is. Very disappointed. I would just like my ornaments. We have a Christmas tradition every year, our family puts their own personalized ornaments on the tree. My son leaves next Monday and I still have nothing, and no answers. Could someone help me please.
UPDATE -Books DID arrive and they are ok quality for the price. Would like to buy for other grandchildren but customer service needs to be more reliable and accurate. Their website should have the tracking numbers listed on their acct. Page.
UPDATE: Jennifer sent me my order number. I have known the order number from the beginning. What I need is a tracking number and how, when or if it has been shipped. I sent another email to them and once again a robot reply with links to pages that do not exist. Why didn't I read site jabber reviews before I ordered!. At this point my only avenue is to file a complaint with Paypal.
Ordered on 11/26/16. Never received a confirmation email and when I sign in to my acct. On their site I can see the order but there is NO info regarding who shipped, when, etc. They charged my Paypal acct. Immediately. Sent them an email requesting info and only received the automatic robot reply. They had 3 links in that reply to use for more info and EVERY LINK SAYS THIS PAGE DOES NOT EXIST. I only ordered 2 books for one of my grandchildren in order to see quality and to see if company was legit and dependable. Glad I didn't order for all my grandchildren.

I ordered 3 personalized books on nov 2. I understand the 21 day shipping policy but as of dec 6th still have not recoeved my order. Christmas is coming soon and after sending 2 emails and trying to get I. Touch with them, still no response. I love he idea of personalized children's books but not for this much hassle.

UPDATE - I received a response from Dinkleboo, based on this review, right away. The company "re-did" my Christmas cards and had them rush shipped to me, free of charge. They turned out much better than the original, and I was able to get them out in time for Christmas. I appreciate the customer service representative that worked so hard to make a bad experience, much better.
I am a first time customer of Dinkleboo, and after receiving our Christmas Cards (100 count) this past weekend, I am not impressed. The picture that I submitted for the card was taken from a very expensive Nikon camera, and the picture/quality is very clear (I have one printed off and in a frame on my desk). However.the Christmas cards came back EXTREMELY blurry. Especially all 4 of our faces. It looks like it is the type of card stock that was usedbut regardless, they are not acceptable to be mailed out. When I contacted customer service about this, it took 4 days for them to respond (I actually had to send a second email before I got any reply). They stated that my picture that I submitted looks out of focus (which it 100% is NOT), which is why it printed blurry. And that if I want to reorder using a different picture, I will "only" have to pay the $20+ in shipping.
There is no way I am paying another shipping charge over $20 to repeat an order that should have been done correctly in the first place. My picture was not in the slightest bit blurry... but let's just say for a moment that it was... where was the call or email asking me if I wanted to proceed before printing and sending 100 blurry Christmas cards? Very unprofessional. And extremely unhappy with the quality of our cards. Total disappointment.

I have spent 2 hours trying to buy some silly little name plates that I purchased on Groupon. The site will not allow me to use Paypal or my debit card, even though both are working fine on other sites. The customer service was NO help at all. Apparently you are not allowed to buy anything without creating an account. Then, when you do create an account, the problem still exists. So, then, I tried to pay through Paypal with then sending me a request for money. They want me to clear my cache. I should NOT have to go through this. I will try to get my money back from Groupon, but otherwise, this will be a $5 lesson learned. I guess I'll have to give the one star for having something I could have used.

I paid extra for express order and express post to get my gift in time for our anniversary, only to receive something which looked different to my project! I emailed them immediately and 3 days later I still don't have a response. I've called multiple times and always get hung up on because "they are too busy with other calls". I don't think they will ever return my call. And now i've paid $$$ for a project which is not perfect and a ruined present :(

Never receive the product! Ordered end Oct 2016 and said posted 1 Nov 2016 till now still not receive it and when i email them they said i was signed received on 3rd Nov! How can this happening and my friend birthday is in 3 days and i thought 3 weeks should be more than enough time to get this but all i have is disappointment and worry coz some stranger is having our image blanket! If they cant fix all this we have to go fair trade for sure! So before everyone order from them make sure u know ur image is not safe with them!

Initially, we thought postage was included with the voucher, only to discover postage was worth more than the memory cards purchase price.
Get details of all costs before purchasing Groupon vouchers. Not easy, as it isn't mentioned until you finalise your payment details.

Hi must firstly admit that I placed an order in 2015 and found the site clunky and slow.
12 months later what a huge difference. The site was so easy to use and my product nephews Christmas book arrived fast and is amazing. I cant wait to give him the gift and I wont wait 12 months for my next order.

I was so excited about ordering the iron on labels as I have twin boys and need to distinguish between their things. I applied them according to the instructions, but the labels either came off completely in the dryer or they were hanging off after coming out of the dryer. We are so disappointed because I spent a great deal of time shopping around and decided to go with Dinkleboo and my boys really liked the design.

I ordered the labels for my kids school items. They came so quick and were even cuter in person. I put one inside my daughter's sweater that has lasted multiple washings! Then, they just sent me a discount code! I can't wait to try another product!

I originally bought the labels through Groupon, and have come back to buy more for my other child as well as the iron on labels. The original labels have stayed on my son's water bottles for over two years now with daily use. They get hand washed and also go through the dishwasher. The shipping was super fast and I like that it's a small business and local company. I've referred several friends to the Dinkleboo website to buy labels. We have everything labeled that went to kindergarten this year (pencils, folders, water bottles, forks for lunch boxes, crayon boxes, and clothing).

I have wanted to order a personalized children's book for my niece for a while and I have visited several sites. The books were too expensive and the process was too time consuming. Site was easy to use. Basic picture uploading and sizing but the price and quality was better than I was expecting! I am very happy and satisfied with my whole experience. I purchased a blanket for my daughters return from her Mission and was able to put her mission information and 12 pictures from her 18 months. She is going to love it! The pictures came out clear and beautiful.

I purchased books from Dinkleboo over three weeks ago using a Groupon voucher for one book and my credit card for another, three weeks later, I never received the personanilised books for my son. I have sent messages to this company asking about my purchase & have only received automated replies. I would advise you to "NOT" buy anything from this company as it appears that they are dishonest!

Soft cover is more flexible and we use 300gsm paper for the cover with gloss coating. It's still a great quality product and a perfect affordable option.
