I ordered 3 Santa bags from in living social I ordered them in plenty of time and I never received any of them... was so upset cause I ordered in plenty of time for xmas and never got them! I ordered 4 personalized books for Christmas for my daughters first Christmas on Nov 15. I received an email to say they were shipped Nov 22. My order number is: *******. I contacted the company on Dec 19 to inquire ablut my order, only to hear that they had likely been "lost in transit". How does a package of 4 books get lost? I have never had this happen in my entire life. I was really hoping to get these gifts before Christmas, as I ordered before the cut off time. If they thought they were lost, why was I not contacted? I have now had my messages ignored, when I requested they resend the order by fedex so they would arrive in time for Christmas. I am heartbroken that this personalized gift will not be here for my baby's first Christmas. I'm very upset with their customer service. I now have not heard back from them for several days about my order.

I ordered a 45" x 60" photo blanket as a present for my sister with pictures of my son and daughter on it. I was a bit concerned that it wouldn't arrive on time for Xmas but i was pleasantly surprised it arrived in plenty of time.The quality of the blanket was excellent and the pictures were also of a high standard.My sister will love this present almost as much as i will love giving it to her! Thoroughly recommend this product!

I ordered 9 kids storybooks online on 7/12/2016 order number *******. I tried to contact the agencies for multiple days and I was trying to get an idea on where the order was at as I hadn't received tracking details etc. I left atleast 3 emails messages on their website to contact me and my concerns (with still no response) I went online to chat even though it was their USA chat, I also can't locate their AUS online chat? I have also tried phoning multiple times a day and the line lets you hold for 2mins if there is no answer after that it just ends the call on you. Anyway from the online chat of USA I got tracking details of my order and to find out that it left from Sydney and then was transferred to Darwin which I live in Tasmania I have no idea of why this has happened I tried to question it with the online chat consultant and she said I need to contact AUS consultants, I can't get through on the phone, can't get online to chat and have no response to emails so I'm not sure how this can be done. I am becoming very frustrated as for days now I have been trying to find out some details only to find out it's in Darwin? I feel like I would just like a refund and not receive the books

I ordered 3 books and they were supposedly shipped Nov 24 and I have emailed the company and they keep saying they are coming... I have received nothing but it didn't take them long to get the payment out of my acct. My order # is *******. Still never did receive my Christmas books nor did I receive the ballerina book I order as a courtesy offer after the whole Christmas mix up. You should not be a company in business as the books never come

I placed my order on 1st December - I went off your website stating; Estimated Delivery Times: Within Australia (5-10 Days) thinking this would allow plenty of time before Christmas for the books to be delivered.
I received an email on 5th December regarding my order ******* being shipped, but are yet to receive a tracking information email.
The email received on the 5th Dec stated 10-15 working days so I'm wondering why this is 5 additional days to what is stated on your website, and this only being told once the items were shipped which was 5 days post ordering them.
It has now been 21 days since I placed my order and are yet to receive them or tracking information. I emailed customer service 2 days ago and no reply from there either.
I ordered these in plenty of time before Christmas as per your website - I would appreciate a response re tracking and delivery time asap please.

Ok I was getting really mad and frustrated that I had YET to receive books I ordered on the 1st of December, but THEY FINALLY CAME IN TODAY! They are adorable! They are exactly what I thought they would be and weren't cheap to me at all! I'm so happy we actually got them just in time since we are opening those gifts tomorrow... So to be honest I was very disappointed with the "shipping time" and lack of response from customer service but the product was perfect! Next time I guess I will order them two months in advance instead of one.

No one ever emails you back, phone calls go right to voicemail and no one ever calls back. This is a super shady company who really should be reported to the Better Business Bureau of Arizona! Every confirmation email seems to have broken links that you cannot recontact them again. Shipping was astronomical so I added two little items to try and Receive free shipping and they sent the two items and not my four books! This is so fraudulent it's not even funny. And how am I my supposed to go to Christmas Eve and not give my four nieces their their presents? I really wish I could figure out what was going on.

I ordered books 2-3 weeks ago for my nieces and nephew and I haven't recieved any emails from them so I don't know what is going on with my order or where it is. I've tried calling multiple times and emailing with no response. We are celebrating with them on the 18th and I will be furious if I have to go spend more money just so they have gifts on that day. Dinkleboo is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. I ordered my books a month and a half ago and they are nowhere to be found! I have emailed and phoned them multiple times, no responses and no call backs. I am furious. I want my money back. I believe this may be a scam artist.

I purchased a groupon on Black Friday for a personalized childrens book and ordered a book for my granddaughter. I received an email the next day saying it had shipped but there was no tracking information. When I ordered the book I chose the economy shipping which says it could take 14-21 days. I was "lucky" that I received it in 12 days. I feel that the quality of this book is very poor for the amount that you pay. There are no cover pages in the front or back of the book. You open the book and the story is right there. I would have liked a cover page to right something for my granddaughter. It just looks very cheesy and cheap. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Answer: Hi Lynette, Both the soft and hard cover contain the same inside pages. It's just the cover that's slightly different. Soft cover is more flexible and we use 300gsm paper for the cover with gloss coating. It's still a great quality product and a perfect affordable option.
