I loved my photo blanket. The pictures were clear and crisp no pixels and the blanket is soft. There were so many choices with picture placement, how many pictures, the color of the blanket, the boarder, text, it was great picking out the pictures and style.

Love the products, great gifts to give or receive. Good quality. I even wash the pencil cases on gentle machine wash the odd time no problem. I order what I need in advance and allow delivery guideline dates. Only one time one thing went astray but the customer service was second to none. I have been using Dinkleboo for a number of years now.

I ordered a personalized book from Dinkleboo for my granddaughter. The book unfortunately was lost in the shipping process. Mark from the company quickly responded to my emails and immediately reprinted and shipped another book. I received the book a couple days later. The book is perfect, my granddaughter loves it. I placed an order on November 21st, and I am still waiting for it. I am surprised at how long it is taking to get here (I live in Canada). I wish I would have read the reviews on here before ordering - I would then have expected a long wait.! I do have a friend who ordered from Dinkleboo who was very pleased, so I am not loosing hope!

I ordered items to be delivered for Christmas. Jan 4 got a cookie jar I ordered that is cm high and wide. An Oreo won't fit in this cookie jar. Terrible customer service. Refuses to refund!

I placed my order mid November and on November 21st I got the shipping report saying that I will receive the two books that I order in 10-21 business days as I live in Canada. I was okay with that timing because that meant that I'd receive my books the week before Christmas AT THE LATEST. It is now January 4th and I still have not received my books. The books were supposed to be Christmas presents for my daughter and her best friend. I am so disappointed. I emailed the company a week ago and still have not gotten a response. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. I most definitely would not have ordered anything. Such a scam. I'm still hoping my books show up but at this point I've accepted that I have been ripped off which looks like it has happened to a lot of people from this company. It's sad when you put trust in a company and then get ripped off. Very displeased and I'll be sharing my disappointment with my social media so this doesn't happen to any of my friends or family.

Purchased Groupon on 12/29/16. I tried to use to purchase three books. The site is stating that the Groupon is not valid. I have not been able to resolve this with Dinkleboo. I have sent emails and left several messages. I really want to purchase the books, I am about to give up and request a refund via Groupon.

I ordered my Christmas books Dec 3rd and they were shipped UPS Dec 7th. (very reasonable IMO) Unfortunately they did not arrive in time for Christmas, but did arrive yesterday which was very close to the max amount of time Dinkleboo predicted as they were being shipped to Canada. Any delay seemed to be with customs probably due to the busy holiday season and not Dinkleboo. I was extremely impressed and elated with the quality of the books! I ordered the hardcover. I will definitely order from them again as I have more grandchildren on the way! My suggestion to all ordering outside of the US though is to order a good couple of months in advance to when you want them as customs can be very slow. Thank you Dinkleboo for producing an amazingly excellent product that my grandchildren will enjoy and treasure for hopefully years to come!:-)

I ordered 3 books on November 30th. I received an email stating my books were shipped December 2nd. I still have not received my books. I have sent 2 emails and left a voice mail. The only response I got was an email verifying my mailing address. I wish I had read all of the reviews about this company before I ordered by books!

I ordered Christmas presents 4 weeks before Christmas and was told my shipment was dispatched within 24 hours of the order being made (amazing!) Christmas came and went and still no shipment received. Emailed and advised on 18th December that my shipment must have been lost so a reprint will be done and resent. No details when or how long they'd take. 2 emails, a long additional complaint email, Facebook posts and direct messages later, still no response, no books and disappointed cousins oh Christmas day. Absolutely shocking, even worse... I recommend the company to friends who placed orders and not received them either. Tried the companies online chat who ended the conversation after letting me the shipment was sent and telling me I would receive the order this week. Despite them saying this was the original order which I already know is lost. Disappointed is an understatement.

Soft cover is more flexible and we use 300gsm paper for the cover with gloss coating. It's still a great quality product and a perfect affordable option.
