The shipping was much faster than anticipate and the price was very reasonable. The website was so user-friendly; it was easy to navigate and not overwhelming with too many options, yet had a wide array of very diverse options. I bought five books for our godchildren, daughter, and nephew. I will be returning for even more Christmas gifts.

The books themselves are poor quality and the company charges a ridiculous amount for shipping for barely any weight. I thought the book would be delivered quicker because of the high price in shipping but it wasn't. I ordered 2 books for my two year old son and accidentally put my name in one of the books and the company didn't not even offer to have it replaced at a lower cost. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. The cost of the book is probably pennies but they did not care. Companies like this don't deserve to grow and will not grow.
I am technically challenged and Kayla was absolutely patient, kind and so very helpful. I will not hesitate to order from Dinkledoo again and will tell my friends about this wonderful experience.

I bought the book about the red shoes! I thought it was such a cute story and something a child would love to hear read to them many times! I got lucky and found my granddaughter little red shoes to go with this book for Christmas! Im very excited about this Christmas present as she can enjoy the book for years to come! The fact that its personalized is the most awesome thing to me because it says in the book the little red shoes are from MawMaw!
