The package was sent by USPS at my request to my PO Box post office so I could sign for it as is required. But the mail handler recognized my name and delivered it to my house, signing for it himself! Turns out my partner gave him that authority, but there were a few hours of WT*, but all ended well, and I can't fault the guy for trying to be helpful!

From the start I wasn't really sure how to even approach getting a custom piece done. All my questions were quickly answered and I was walked through the process from day one. The people that I was speaking to via email had suggestions and comments about what I could do and what would and wouldn't work in the design. There wasn't a moment were I felt stupid for never doing this before. The price was absolutely worth it and the ring itself feels incredible - it's durable, beautiful and exactly what I created in my head. At the end, the shipping was a little weird and there was a mix up somewhere, but not only was it figured out quickly, without prompt from myself. But I received a slight refund due to it taking a few extra days. Thank you everyone that worked on this project. Thank you for helping my proposal be one step closer to perfect.
So far I haven't seen it, since it is an anniversary gift from my wife, and she hasn't shown it to me yet, but she loves it. Ordering was easy, it came on time, and we are very happy with the experience.

Easy site to navigate and ordering process. Nice customer care with checking in and responding to shipping concerns. Good messaging with carrier and shipment details. The product was underwhelming for the price. The information was there when picking out the item but wasn't noticeable and wished that the site would have offered photos to offer a relatable scale (of final size). The end product is pretty but a lot smaller than what I thought I had ordered.
