The communications between Diamondere and me were extensive and very helpful. All of my questions were answered and I received the order on time.
The delay was upsetting but we received the ring prior to our wedding.
The ring itself is beautiful but I requested size 5 1/2 but it was too tight on my finger. I brought the ring to a reputable jeweler and it measured at 5. The jeweler was able to resize the ring for $190.
I had bought a ring from Bloomingdale's and it came 10 days before Christmas and I was planning a Christmas eve proposal but the ring was not what I expected or wanted so I had 9 days to get the Ring of my ladies dreams and Diamondere cane through in a huge way. I customized the ring and it showed up on the 23rd just in time! Thank you again we will be buying the wedding band and my ring through Diamondere because I was so pleased.
Communications with product delays were average at best. The finished product looked better online. Disappointing. Maybe more resources need allocated to Operations and less to marketing media.
