The piece is beautiful and made a perfect gift. However, I was surprised when it showed up at my door because your website said it was still in quality checking. Then, of course, I received notice that it had shipped and was enroute four days after I had already received it.

I ordered a custom ring at the end of November. The estimated completion date kept getting pushed back. I had wanted it for a 12/18 event which was fine given the original 12/11 shipment date. I received it 12/23. Then the eternity band has a double stone, meaning there are 2 rubies side by side. It's supposed to be alternating sapphires ans rubies. I don't care for that. I'm sure it's due to the size of the ring relative to the size of the jewels, but I should've been consulted on this choice. I would've changed the size or requested a double sapphire, which to me would be less noticeable as they are white. Nice to have the ring. Almost what I wanted. Won't order from here again.
I was asked about engraving and wrote back with a request to add an engraving but it wasn't added. Not a big deal.
I received my product within a month from order. No issues. Wifey loves her Christmas gift!

Please note that you need to RETURN the product back to us for a full refund - which you declined to do. We offered to polish it free of charge - you declined. We offered to reimburse you the cost of having it done at a local jeweler - you declined. Your wished to KEEP the product, but get a FULL refund, (aka a FREE ring) which is an absurd demand, and then you said you were "ok" with a 50% refund, which is again a completely unreasonable demand. It doesn't seem like you are genuinely interested in a resolution, but are looking for a free ring or a heavily discounted ring after you've received the product and have decided to keep it.
If you would like a full refund, you need to send the item back to us using the prepaid shipping label we've already shared with you and we'll be happy to issue it to you as outlined in our policies.
