Would give 3.5 stars if an option. Positives: We received the jewelry very fast after it was shipped In perfect condition and the ring is stunning and better than we even thought. Negatives: The stone placed on the ring was 1.6 carats and we paid for 2. When I initially contacted the site via email after the certificate was posted, I was essentially told that custom jewelry worked this way and that there should be a margin of size difference expected, no offer of a refund for the difference in price initially, despite me asking. It was difficult for me to fathom this and not feel taken advantage of, given the stone was 1.61 carats, not joking,.01 carats bigger than the lower price option. I could not accept this answer and called. The individual i spoke to immediately was helpful and quite shocked i was not either given or offered a prorated refund on the difference in size. Refund happened quickly and I would say i received a satisfactory yet lackluster apology in an email relative to the absolute metaphorical punch in the face when I first contacted. All in all, I would use this site again because their jewelry is phenomenal but i would immediately check the certificate once it's posted and contact via telephone to ensure i was not being taken advantage of, because it's hard to believe this would not have happened if I was not persistent.
