Customer service is great. The order process is a bit tedious but if you're not in a hurry then no problem. The ring and band is exquisite but they arrived in two different gold tones. I was told that I have to send them back and wait another 3-4 weeks to get it fixed. There should be a better quality control protocol before sending the order to the customer the first time.

The ring is very pretty however it is smaller than I expected. I thought the band was wider because it was easy to see the intricate design when viewed on the website. I have to use a magnifying glass to see the beautiful design in the actual ring. It is still pretty but more dainty than expected.

I received my rings but mine was tight and my fiancé's didn't fit him at all and it had some little scratches on it. The stone in the email we have was lighter compared to the dark stone we received. I was expecting the emerald to be greener and lighter. We really didn't like the stone. We sent the rings back to re-size with no problem. Very good customer service. Hopefully the new rings fit and the stone is greener and lighter and not scratched.
