The person that the gift was for birthday was earlier in the month.Valentines day was the 14th,so I wanted to get them something special.
I ordered a new wedding band for my husband. The ring was very beautiful, high quality and perfect. We will definitely be ordering more jewelry from Diamondere!
The main issue was that despite a delay to my order which was explained to be a quality issue, when my ring arrived it was slightly malformed inside across the engraving and the engraving itself wasn't properly aligned.
As an international customer not based in the USA I would be required to cover postage to return it for correction and effectively pay more for their production error. It was for a special occasion so I also didn't feel I had sufficient time to go through a return and re order process safely.
So when I requested what could be done instead it was suggested I could get it smoothed and re-engraved at a local jewellers and they would cover cost up to 65USD, which seems fair.
All my interactions were pleasant and communication was great, but it didn't unfortunately create a piece which I could live with without getting it corrected myself.
With a piece of jewellery, such as an engraved ring, I don't think that perfection is too much to ask, and when there's a delay due to quality anyway you really do then expect perfection. I didn't receive perfection and had to finish off the job for myself.
I do not know whether a company based in the USA and producing their jewellery in Thailand has adequate oversight of customised jewellery (even if the customisation is simply an engraving) but for items as precious as these I guess I just expected better.
It's a shame as I say, as the people I interacted with were lovely, but unfortunately their loveliness didn't produce a properly finished ring for me.
Shopping for a ring with diamondere was easy and wonderful. They kept me updated with the process, and when my ring arrived it was beautiful.

I ordered an engagement ring for my girlfriend to propose to her on her birthday. Although the ring ended up showing up late, Diamondere made up for it by sending me a free pair of diamond earrings! My girlfriend loved the actual ring when it showed up and I would recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a man's ring. The ad photo was very awesome. However, when I received the actual ring the accent stones were not as pictured. I was very disappointed.

I order the Easton ring in gold, with a citrine gem and an engraving, I received it in a beautiful box well protected. The ring was as pictured. The service was great you get in immediate contact with representatives that will respond any questions or concerns as soon as possible. They are very professional and kind. The only inconvenience I experienced was during the checkout process but after a few try's it went through. It did throw me off but the rest of the experience was great. He had the sweetest reaction when he saw the ring, The best purchase ever.
And ring was very different in person than it was in the website...scale and proportion were much different than expected and the pictures were very deceiving. Also, struggled to get order shipped and I barely made my timeline.
