I chose the Larkspur design for my main ring, but when it came to the wedding bands, while they had some great design choices - they weren't quite right for me. Meghan and her team after dozens of emails and my design ideas finally came up with the PERFECT design to compliment the absolutely beautiful Lakspur Ring! It took us almost 3 months, but their patience and artistry were nothing short of perfection! I wept when my two fully Custom wedding bands arrived. If you are looking for a one of kind piece of jewelry that is individually crafted meticulously with the best customer service, Diamondere is the place to go! You will not regret it! They are kind, curious and will not rest until you have exactly what you want - and no upcharge for my original pieces of which we went through several revamps. I am 55 and the rings I wanted for my marriage (which my Husband and I waited 15+ years to marry) needed to be something extraordinary. I prefer vintage and Diamondere had the perfect selection. I had never ordered jewelry online, so I had so many questions. The people I dealt with were kind, curtious and knowledgeable, however they would only communicate through email or text. This was a huge purchase for us, and things would have gone much quicker had I been able to speak to someone. Each question or exchange took anywhere from 24-48 hours to receive, and even then they would miss details that I had taken the time to write out to be sure they were exact and informative. I received my purchase ( that had to be signed for) with no update regarding the delivery - this was promised at the time of purchase - thank goodness I was home. I am not happy with part of my ring set and informed them of it - this took 3 days for a response - however - they did send me a label to return and are going to make me something more suitable. So customer service is good but delayed. The jewelery itself is beautiful and their willingness to accommodate my requests is wonderful - just wish someone would pick up the phone and speak with me - it would simplify the process and I would feel more comfortable about the whole process.
I am so pleased with my ring. The amethyst gemstone is absolutely beautiful! And customer service was a pleasure to work with. I made a few changes to my original order and they were so accommodating in assisting me in getting what I wanted. I highly recommend Diamondere!

I was so easy for me to navigate the website and select what I thought she would prefer and she loved it. The # options were way beyond what I thought I'd find and the price was right.
The necklace is beautiful and arrived ahead of schedule. Also, I originally ordered it with a standard sapphire, but decided that with the black gold, a Ceylon sapphire would look better. I was able to exchange it easily and they were great about communicating through the whole process.
