Great experience. Diamondere backed product and honored the warranty. One criticism would be it is impossible to try the ring on without removing the tag to confirm the size which guarantees the full refund if it doesn't fit. Not every ring is the exact same 11.5 or 12 size, depending on the manufacturer. There is a variation sometimes and there is no opportunity to try it on before purchasing it online.

Overall good experience. The black hold wasn't as black as it was advertised. I know it wears with time, but it wasn't very black when I got it in the first place. The shipping was a mess. Got 4-5 emails different from UPS with different delivery dates. Other than that, it was good. Easy purchase, and the ring looked good (besides the black). Would recommend and would purchase here again
