An offer was made to take the jewelry back and offer a monetary refund. The email that originally stated this had no "expire date" or any kind of time limitation listed. After approximately 1 month I decided that the ring was not a good fit (for my finger, it pinched) so I contacted the jeweler and said I would take them up on the offer for refund. They stated that they had done "so much for me in the past" and that they are a family-owned jeweler and quoted me some scripture that they are standing by their decision to no longer honor the monetary refund, nor any kind of refund whatsoever. That is fine. Stand by your decision, but this is a prime example of where the world is going today. The customer is NOT alway's right. They certainly treated me well in the past, and I don't disregard that whatsoever, but when you are spending thousands of dollars with an "on-line" jeweler (my decision/choice, I know) you certainly get what you pay for. I will go back to brick & mortar in a heartbeat. You cannot expect your patrons to love every product when it is sold online, and you have no real opportunity to review it before you buy. I will NEVER buy from this company again, nor will I EVER purchase an almost $7,000.00 piece of jewelry online again! Lesson learned! Be warned, patron your local mom/pop brick/mortar stores. They will do right by you!

Excellent quality and design, though shipping was delayed. I ordered from Diamondere and was very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship—the jewelry looked even better in person than online. My wife loved it and was very happy with the gift. The only downside was that the shipping was delayed, and it unfortunately didn't arrive in time for her birthday, but aside from that, everything else was perfect. The customer service was responsive, and I would recommend Diamondere to anyone looking for elegant, well-made jewelry.

My husband loves his ring and the customer experience was great too! There was a delay in processing, but I had plenty of updates and information during the delay, so while disappointing, great jewlery takes time.

I used Diamondere as a website to pick out an engagement ring. The ring was unique, customizable, and over all amazing quality. It was also very affordable for being a high quality piece of jewelry with gemstones. I don't usually leave reviews, but I am doing it specifically because Diamondere was amazing. Right after purchasing the ring, they emailed me with some warnings. Essentially, I purchased something using black gold, and they sent me a bunch of information about coating and their policy for recoating. They also offered me a full refund if this information would change my mind on getting the jewelry. It did the opposite, and I will be using diamondere again in the future for jewelry for my hopefully wife.
