I was a little nervous at first ordering an engagement ring online. I really liked the customization options available on the website this really helped me find many different great options. The customer service was super helpful and responsive and they took all of the stress and anxiety out of making such a large purchase online.
My experience was great. The ring was delivered on time, was packaged very well and in a nice box with all required documentation. They even reached out to me to ask the purpose of my order, so the assemblers could know and have job satisfaction as to the impact their associates work have on customers lives.

Customer service kept me up to date on progress of creating rings, confirmed sizing, and let me know status. I only wish I had known that the delivery required a signature. I live in a rural area and drivers do not attempt the driveway to my home so there were two failed deliveries because of no signature. Overall, I would shop here for jewelry again.
