So one of the gems fell out of the London Blue and I contacted customer service about it. They sent me prepaid return to have the ring fixed at no charge. I also told them about the color of the other ring being off and they completely replaced that ring and the stones were very close to matching the color on the site. Overall, I'm very happy with this company and will be back.

Ordering was easy and quick. I loved the lifetime warranty available for less than $200. Such a great deal. We ended up using the warranty a lot sooner than we liked but I'm glad we had it. The stone fell out due to probably poor placement, we sent it in and hopefully will get a replacement or a proper setting next time.

I bought my husband's ring from Diamondère and I just want to save some people from future headache/heartbreak. They provide expensive, poorly crafted products.
My husband's ring took forever to ship because they were "hand picking" the emerald stones. Once we finally got it, it was beautiful. Worth every penny of the almost $2,000 I spent on it. It was everything my husband imagined, but it was short lived. Within 3 weeks of our wedding, an emerald fell out. Within another week, another one cracked and then fell out. My husband is a blue color man and doesn't wear his ring to work. Meaning two stones fell out due to him wearing this ring on the weekends only! We sent the ring back to be repaired and I requested to be refunded instead. Diamondère confirmed that because I was out of the 100 day window, they would not be able to refund me, but they would repair the ring and I could expect a delivery in about 2-3 weeks. 5 weeks later, I emailed to confirm where my husband's ring is and they couldn't tell me. They needed to get with the insurance company. When they finally got back to me, they said it would be another week and a half before it would deliver. 3 days before it was supposed to deliver, Diamondère confirmed that the ring couldn't be repaired and they would have to create a new one that would take another 3 weeks to ship.
This ring is going to be in a "Shipping" or "Repair" status more than it's going to be on my husband's finger. Please, please, please. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this company.

We offer a complimentary certificate of authenticity from GIA if the design has 0.45 pointer diamond or above, else certificate comes from DGLA (DIAMOND & GEM LABORATORIES OF AMERICA). We do not offer appraisal services but most local jewelers can help you with this. I prefer if you use a GIA certified appraiser and usually our gemstone jewelry appraised for a minimum of 120% more than what customers pay us! Answer: Hi, I have ordered rubies and sapphires from Diamondere and the quality is very good. I have been working with Diana who has taken very good care of me over the last couple of years. I would ask for her when you order from them. I have been extremely happy with the quality and I assure you, I was a skeptic too because I like very good quality jewelry. Diana will walk you through the process and will be in touch with you every step of the way including showing you the stone before they put it in the piece of customized jewelry. I hope you love your emerald as much as I have loved all my pieces of jewelry. The diamonds are wonderful too!

We delivered your new ring on June 23rd (after remaking it for a larger ring size). Almost 6 months later, on December 4th, you emailed us saying a small Emerald has cracked and you want to return it.
No natural gemstone can just crack on its own without any external pressure. You can get this fact checked from any gemologist. Emeralds are soft gemstones and have to be worn with care. An accidental, unintentional knock at the wrong place will get it to crack.
We could not accept this return/refund as this was well beyond our 100 days return policy.
Regardless, we still offered to fix a new emerald, at NO cost to you. Once our jewelers had a chance to inspect the ring, they realized that the setting was compromised beyond repair and we would need to remake the ring for you, again at NO cost to you, so the issue does not come up again. No jeweler is expected to do this 6 months after purchase!
Your ring was shipped to our workshop during Christmas, and I accept that it has taken a few weeks extra because of the holidays and the season time's load.
That said, we have been in constant touch through email. Hence, it is thoroughly disappointing to see your review. I will still be doing the honorable thing and making a new ring at no cost to you.
No one is hurt more than me/us when we interact with disappointed customers. I am not in the business of just shipping my jewelry, getting the money and ending it there. I work and have only super ecstatic customers and work from cradle to grave with them.
I work hard, ethically and with integrity and that can be seen in hundreds of only 5 star reviews on various platforms. I am not a fly-by operator who is here to just make a quick buck by shortchanging people - no one can build a brand like that.
I still apologize for the misunderstanding and hope you can find it in your heart to be a little kind and see things from the other perspective and acknowledge the onus we took on when we could have easily washed our hands off this without putting dollars from our pocket here.
