Truly stunning in Black Gold!
The staff at Diamondere took time to craft the engagement ring I wanted, making sure that it was to my specifications, and the ring I received was of high quality from the setting to the stones. Most importantly, my fiancee loves it!
I celebrated my 20th wedding anniversary with a platinum and emerald ring. Communication was good, the ring fit perfectly and was beautiful. My wife was so happy!

When using the Diamondere website, it was easy to narrow down the the type of jewelry and the price range of the gift I needed. After the order, Meghan contacted me about the story of the gift (who and why) in order to inspire the artist making the pendant I chose. I will definitely use Diamondere again.
The only bad experience was with UPS and it was not Diamondere's fault. The order was shipped so that an adult signature was required for delivery, but the UPS driver left the package on the porch without collecting the required signature. I was home and found out about the delivery when the e-mail from UPS arrived stating the package was delivered. Hence, the package was exposed to theft for about 2-3 minutes.
A little delay on the updates with the website. The engraving on the ring is fascinating but they have on of the letters mismatched with the others. Almost as if if the tool used to engraved went to deep and the infinity sign can hardly be seen.
Great customer service and prompt shipping. The final piece was smaller than I had envisioned but is beautiful nonetheless.
