Expert communication as process progressed and estimated delivery date given(it arrived on the date promised!) Unfortunately, I looked at ring and loved it but thought my spouses fingers had swollen since we ordered it. I reordered a 7.5 size and that should account for any fluctuations in finger size. Diamondere is very accommodating and we WILL use them again for my ring!

I received my necklace as a Mother's Day gift from my son. I am normally not at a loss for words, but I was then. The birthday stones are gorgeous and the diamond sparkles. I love the flowerlike setting. I remain in awe of my son's thoughtful beautiful gift.

The Tanzanite stones were super tiny. Smaller than what was in the pic and the color was very faint. Not like the picture. The band was also super thin.

The staff at Diamondere took time to craft the engagement ring I wanted, making sure that it was to my specifications, and the ring I received was of high quality from the setting to the stones. Most importantly, my fiancee loves it!

Other than the gem being changed it was good if the process thing could be updated better during the process would be good
