From the time we ordered our wedding rings up until we received them, we had an amazing experience. Right after our order we got an email asking for confirmation on the size of one of the rings as it can't be refitted like other rings and we would get update emails as our rings were being made. It was a lovely experience and the rings are absolutely beautiful.
Great product, I just wish FedEx wasn't used for the shipping. Delivery window between 6am and 8pm with 3 attempts before returning to shipper is kind of crazy. Only barely got on the last day because I had to camp out in the living room and wait.
But that's not on you guys, really.

Ordered 10k black gold ring and expected the finish to last more than 24 hours but it didn't. Fiance works as a cash register so shouldn't of worn down as fast as it did. 1/2 the ring Is a scratched up silver color and there's specks of black gold. Ring looks horrible definitely a waste of money.
The engraving took a little longer than expected and they offered me free expedited shipping to make up for the delay. The ring came and looks great with attention paid to the detail in engraving. Thanks!

We had emailed on April 21st with the following resolution options since it happened in such short notice but we did not hear back from you:
1) Please note that the color of Black Gold can vary every time we re-polish it. The shade while re-polishing / re-coating will be lighter (silvery black). This is the beauty of Black Gold for some and others even enjoy the natural Patina look of the Black Gold wearing off and hence do not choose to re-polish it. Regardless, we provide one re-polish for free or one white gold color change for free.
As soon as we receive your ring, we will re-coat the rings to Black gold and ship it back to you within 2 weeks.
Alternatively, this is a good chance to request us to convert the rings to white gold at no charge, a more practical and durable choice in the long run! I strongly recommend this option. This is a complimentary service we offer.
2) We can process an exchange and handcraft any other design you would like from our website. Based on the new specifications of the design you want, we can either refund the balance or send you a link to pay the additional amount as needed.
3) We can handcraft new rings for you in Yellow/Rose Gold at no additional cost to you.
4) Lastly, we can go ahead and cancel your order and we can refund the entire money back to your card once we receive the rings back from you.
