Finding, designing and previewing the possibilities of the ring were exactly what we were looking for. The variety and value of the pieces made the experience even more exciting.
After everything was set and order placed, a few days we found out a delay would be occuring. A plan was in place for the rings reveal to the families and it was not one that could be changed. Conversing with client services and expressing the need for it to be ready and delivered a little earlier than the delayed date, at least 4 days earlier.
They went above and beyond to ensure the process was prioritized and expedited. They not only got it to us earlier than the delay date, they had it certified and delivered only a couple days after the original estimated delivery date. Which gave us more time to ensure everything was perfect, size, quality, and for the plan to take place during our family adventure.

The experience was very positive from start to the end, website was easy to navigate and Meghan replied to every email I sent and every question I asked. Only negative I would say is that the stones looked bit bigger in Picture then the actual product but the ring is high quality finish and beautiful stones. The ring was delivered on the exact date so I recommend this company highly.

My future husband found this ring, and wanted it to use as his wedding band. I ordered it as a surprise, and had it shipped to my mom's. The ring is custom made. The best part - customer service reaches out throughout the process with excellent communication, finally double checking how you would like the ring shipped. Th process was seamless, I couldn't be happier, and my fiancé will be thrilled when I surprise him with the ring.

The turn around time was amazing! All other custom ring places weren't shipping for 6 months. Mine came in less than a month! Customer service was helpful and communication was top notch. Cherie reached out to me right after I bought my wedding band and explained how black gold may fade over time and offered a refund or exchange if that wasn't something I wanted. I really appreciated how honest this company is and offered solutions before you even receive your item so that you'd know what to expect. They were even accommodating with shipping around the holidays and waited to ship my ring until I was back home to receive it. I received updates on the progress of my ring and they really showed how much they care about you and your story behind the ring.

From the customization options to the accommodations of customer service (I had to change the size from what I originally ordered AND they pushed production to get it delivered to me by a deadline I had in mind). When the ring arrived, it was BEAUTIFUL. Exactly as I had imagined it. Great company, beautiful jewelry, and excellent price points. Hopefully this is the only engagement ring I'll ever have to buy, but would definitely purchase through them again for any jewelry needs.

I don't love being forced into writing a review. Customer service was fine. The ring is beautiful. Somehow the address and contact phone number were put into the system wrong and the ring shipped to a city on the other side of the state. I paid over $100 to reroute it. Diamondère has said they will credit my account in that amount.

My ring is beautiful. I have purchased jewelry online before and have learned to temper my expectations. Your company & my ring have forever changed that.
From the beginning of the process until opening the very well packaged product every step was easy and satisfying.
