It appears that the jewelry is manufactured in Thailand, but, nonetheless, it seems to be of good quality and it arrived much sooner than expected.
The ring I purchased from them is absolutely stunning. I was really nervous buying such an expensive ring online, but their customer service staff was with me every step of the way and answered every email. They were even accommodating with shipping around the holidays and waited to ship my ring until I was back home to receive it. I received updates on the progress of my ring and they really showed how much they care about you and your story behind the ring.
From the customization options to the accommodations of customer service (I had to change the size from what I originally ordered AND they pushed production to get it delivered to me by a deadline I had in mind). When the ring arrived, it was BEAUTIFUL. Exactly as I had imagined it. Great company, beautiful jewelry, and excellent price points. Hopefully this is the only engagement ring I'll ever have to buy, but would definitely purchase through them again for any jewelry needs.
I don't love being forced into writing a review. Customer service was fine. The ring is beautiful. Somehow the address and contact phone number were put into the system wrong and the ring shipped to a city on the other side of the state. I paid over $100 to reroute it. Diamondère has said they will credit my account in that amount.

No problems experienced. All went well. The jewelry piece is well-made & the amethyst stones are attractive. However, I expected a larger piece of jewelry, especially for the price. Also you could be more transparent about the production location & process.
A diamond certification (also called a grading report) was not received as it was stated that this would be included with the pendant. The website was not clear that the cost was only for the pendant and that even if you wanted to buy a Black Gold Chain the only chain that could be brought was a sterling silver chain that would be oxidized.
My personal experience with Diana and Amanda was professional and helpful from beginning to end. My beautiful sapphire and rose gold ring was just as I had pictured it in my mind.

The ring is beautiful! And my wife loves, loves, LOVES it! Having said that, there is a problem with the ring that I do not know if it is common to all of this particular setting no not. The issue is that the stone mountings protrude above the stones that have been mounted. This makes the ring uncomfortable to wear -- in fact, the protrusions are so large (and sharp) that the ring has cut my wife's hand in the area against which the ring rubs. We'll see how Diamondere resolves the issue.
Other than this problem, and depending on its resolution, I would recommend that you consider Diamondere.
