Ordered an Anemone tennis bracelet. Looks good in pictures but the clasp just won't hold. Unlocked itself several times and I ended up losing it; good thing it was in the car. Now I need to find a jeweler that can attach a safety chain to it. Wish I shopped locally to begin with.

The ring came exactly as I ordered it.
It arrived at the time they claimed it would (that's most important to me)! The only thing that it didn't have was the engraving. I did not order engraving originally, but someone contacted me after I ordered and said it was free and would just make it better. So through email we determined what was going to be engraved. But no engraving was on the ring when it arrived. No big deal I didn't order it in the first place so didn't bother me any.
