The customer service is great UNTIL you make your payment after seller has your money they do not respond, zero customer service. Save your money do yourself a favor buy from a reputable vendor NOT THIS VENDOR! Seller refusing to refund money on dresses that arrived after the wedding, weeks after promised deliver date. DHGate vendors have positive ratings because they refuse to refund money until after you post a positive review of the product. The only way to get your money back is to lie to potential customers.
