I have ordered from China before so I understand China Post means "very slow boat from China". That being said, I have gotten some very good deals on items to resell. Do your homework... read reviews, check number of transactions completed, and most of all understand what you are ordering. I usually ask 4-6 questions before I order. If the merchant responds quickly and with good answers... I order. If not I do not. Have had one order (@$300) that did not come. I got my money back very easy. One order had some broken items. Took pictures and sent in and they are sending a replacement. Both times I got followups from DHgate. Also READ everything about the order. They usually show a process time and you have to add shipping time to that. If you want something fast you are going to have to pay more and it will be expensive. I have ordered tumblers, handles, and jewelry. All have been good. I know to stay away from clothes. The sizes are always an issue and the material is as well. I personally like dealing with DHgate and will continue to be a customer of theirs. Also remember we are in one time zone and they are in another. I usually send messages in the late evening knowing when it is midnight here it is during their work day there.
Everything I have ordered from this site has had a great price. I was surprised by the quality of the products. Everything has been great so far!

I really love dhgate because I get great shoes for super duper cheap. The shipping can be a little long but it's worth it. I haven't had any problems what so ever. I recommend to everyone.

I have already reported a particular seller due to fraud and misconduct and yet even after a few months all dhgate tells me is that this particular case is still under investigation, allowing the fraudulent seller to carry on with his work of art
Apparently it takes months to investigate a simple fraud and defamation / slander case on dhgate. It seems like it can be said that they are protecting such sellers
Also many times their online chat service will often tell you that they have actually report the case but it does not seem like they actually did anything at all
Please do not tell me that the refund has been made. I would like to clarify that i do not care about the refund, and that the seller can keep the refund of $2. I have purchased and completed thousand of dollars worth of items on dhgate and yet to dhgate it seems like im out to scam something thats worth $2. My issue right now is not with the refund but it is with the fraudulent seller, who claims to have actually mailed out the item but i have not yet received it after 90+ days. And in turn the seller is telling everyone not to sell stuff to me because i am a fraud buyer.
I ordered a dress over a month ago, when I tried to contact customer service via chat, nobody ever responded. Everytime I'd ask a question via chat, a list of FAQ's would pop up. I finally sent a message and received a response right back saying my dress was shipped out. Two days later I received a text from DHL saying my order would be at my home on a certain and it was. I was super excited because it was a dress I ordered for my daughter's sweet sixteen party, only to open it and find a onesies cat costume. Now they refuse to respond to me, I can't find any phone numbers to call only information I have to contact is chat (which never works and email). This site is nothing more then a hoax and I recommend nobody should use it. They take your money and send you bull $#*!.

I contacted customer service and they said I would be entered in a drawing to win the $5 dollar coupon.
Clearly it did not state that it was a contest or drawing.
It just says you will receive a coupon for $5 dollar with purchase of $6 or more.

Overall a good shopping experience. Have ordered several products from the site and will continue. Some sellers take longer to ship than others so you have to find the right ones.
