Το βασικό πρόβλημα σας, είναι ότι έχετε πάρα πολλά εμπορεύματα και πωλητές, και το σύστημα του κεντρικού υπολογιστή σας, δεν μπορεί με ευκολία να τα διαχειριστεί. Αποτέλεσμα, να αργούν να ανοίξουν οι σελίδες και αυτό κουράζει. Σε σπρώχνει να μην ξανά μπεις στο σίτε.

Order#*******. My experience is very bad of shopping with DHgate. I placed an order for a mens jacket on july 1st and I have not recieved anything yet, I sent a query to your customer service and they said they are sending a new shipment as previous one cannot be tracked. I have not recieved anything again. Please check and refund me the money if you cannot ship.

Price is great. Quality is inconsistant and some cigars that did not work. No contact phone number for DHgate or anything to discuss issues.

My only wish is that it was a little easier to track. There is no estimated arrival date.
If you could add "ETA" it would be helpful.

Awful product! The people were really nice and responsive, but the dress looks awful and arrived late and only after I followed up regarding there being no tracking info. My friend also ordered an elaborate fancy dress that she didn't like. She said they had gotten the color wrong. I ordered a petticoat and was ok with that, so I think it might be ok for small simple things, but not special items.

Dress was just as the picture looked. Good quality and fast delivery. Would order again.

Did not meet my expectations. Return policy not user friendly. Will not recommend your company and will tell others on the web the same.

Dhgate.com is ok, I love everything only the delivery period it's very long and even forget you ordered some stuff

I have had one very negative experience when a dress I ordered was not even sent to me but I course the money was taken from my account the day I ordered it. Then I ordered another dress and it was supposed to be here on one date and it didn't come until after that and I needed that dress for a wedding. I'm very disappointed here.

I m very satisfied with the quality nd price. Everything was beyond my expectation.

I ordered a wig and received it a day later that I anticipated. However, I was satisfied with my latest item (wig).

The item was well made, but much too small to fit an ankle as advertised. This would be better suited for a wrist.

Terrible. Would never recommend you to anyone! I disputed my purchase because it was not the item advertised in sellers photo and provided evidence 3 different times with no response and then my payment was issued to seller stating that I was satisfied with my purchase which couldn't be further from truth!

The experience was perfect I like the guitar. It came to me in the USA within two weeks.

Very bad, I sent an email requesting action, got an email that it will be investigated. Since then I did not get anything.
Will never buy again from DHGATE and their sellers

Not satisfied, because i even call direct China DHgate, look my order I only need new CD DS150E was damage in shipping from company that I purchase software, but no body respond, I'm very disappointed,

There was only one case of very bad quality. And now, recently purchased a handset that does not heat. But, in general, the sessions have been very good.
