I did purchase order *******433 (quad core MTK6582 Mini S5 w800
4.5 inch Android 4.2 1GB RAM 4GB ROM dual sm dual standby smartphone).
I'm not at all satisfied about the phone.
1) As written in the advertisement the phone shoult have the languages Dutch an German but unfortunally it has not. It was a birthday pressent for my son but it turned out to be a dissapointment. I still hope you wil help us with a phone as orderd so I can rate you with five stars!

I have to give you a negative feedback because the seller has badly packed the item. The item delivered in bad condition. It’s wrinkled. Because of the wrinkles comes unstuck from the wall.
Just one remark:
I ordered 3 iPone charger (and recieved them). By using the first one it created a short-circuit on the power. The charger was blowed up.
I was very disappointed in the quality of the flowers I received. I don't recall the order number but I received 2 hydrangea vines. The flowers came in a small black bag. When I opened the bag all of the flowers were crushed. These were for a wedding and I could not use them for my client.
I did send an email expressing my dissatifaction shortly after I received the flowers but did not receive a response.
If this is the quality of the items you sell I am not sure I will use DHgate again.
Very convinient and fast deliveries. Easy to buy, however it would be nice to bring the whole process more visible (e.g. Confirming that the delivery is received and that the goods are ok).

Not very good the phone i ordered is not the one I recieved, I wrote the seller a note he hasn't replied.
