So far to date I have been very satisfied with the excellent service that I received from your company.
I spent the last two months extremely disappointed with three sellers in a row on DHGate. I placed three separate orders, none of which were ever shipped. I am, however, pleased with DHgate's role in refunding my money in all three instances. But sadly, don't think I will ever use this site again. Even though I know DHgate had nothing to do with the sellers.
Product didn't work properly, i have sent it back to the supplier at a cost to me of $12.00 shipping. I have not heard anything from them at this time.
I believe the deals through DHgate are very success full and secure i rate DHgate 5-stars for there best services, deals and commitments.
If i could rate it a Zero i would. First i ordered my dress in grey and it arrived in Purple. Secondly i ordered it specifically to my size and it was very large on top and small on the bottom. (i bought another dress from a different website with the same Measurement and it fit perfectly) I sent several emails hoping to correct the issue before my event. Only to get replies saying that there is no way they sent a purple dress. After about 5 emails i gave up and cut my losses.
I will never shop here again and would Never in a Million years recommend it to anyone.
