I ordered some Kyrie 2's and I had incredible support concerning how to order items from DHGate, the support team is extremely fast and is always offering advice.

I've never had a problem with DHgate and I couldn't recommend this site anymore to you.

They have items ranging from garage tools to sneakers, it's awesome!

I didn't have any issues until I needed to contact customer service about an issue with a seller. The phone line didn't work and the live chat bot was no help at all. Will buy from again but wish it was easier to reach customer service.

Good website. Kind of like a Chinese Ebay with a variety of low-cost good quality items. Items are often fractions of American prices. The only problem is sometimes the sellers are a little hard to communicate with since English is a second language for them. Overall, it's not too difficult to communicate.

It was happy to made my first order on DHgate, Seller review and chat with seller feature is very unique and it was very useful for me to select a good seller. DHgate validate tracking number and responsible for valid tracking number. Other thing is mobile app is superb. Very useful. Multiple Favorite item folder was very useful.

DHgate has never given me an issue, some of the sellers shouldnt be on the site but just make sure you read reviews before purchasing. And if you do order something, leave reviews to help others.

Ordered and recieved item in good condition and got it about a month earlier than expected.

Sellers don't email you back and some items ordered when you receive it they r not what was shown on the picture.
