I buy an emp that does not work. After many negotiations with Mr. Deng Jian Feng I decided to send him back to repair the unit. I sent them to the address given by him and after two months says it has not received and is not responding to my messages. The number tracking confirm that the package reached its destination. Now I'm with the money lost more that 200 dolars. What can i do to get my money back?

Product was poor quality- had to pay myself for sending it back! - took 2 months with holidays in china- they don't return my money back- have to deal with my bank myself to refund me. Still don't have my money for the purchase made in December 2016.

Paid for shoes got piece of cardboard with black plastic on it and a shipping label on it no shoes. Refund agreement made.

I ordered a giant teddy bear for 84$ and i got the confirmation number through email and everything and i got another email saying it couldn't be shipped without my payment. It was asking for another 84 dollars to finish processing. So i just cancelled my order and now i can't get a hold of anyone to get my money back

Best site ever. I'm always ordering things. Everyone is always nice and dhgate has your back it just takes time but they work as fast as possible to resolve any issues I'm a happy camper.

I got ripped of by this company. Ordered a silk sheets and got shipped cheap polyester sheets instead. When I reported the issue to the company, i've been given nothing but a run-around and no refund. Avoid them!
